Regency on Beachwalk Waikiki by OUTRIGGER

The rooms were clean, well decorated. Felt very homey. Shower was spacious. Great balcony with great view. Some perks I loved, laundry room, paid parking for cheap and close to room, free water station, friendly staff. I’d stay here again.

Not aware of all the extra costs. Extra cleaning. Extra parking. Extra housekeeping ( and you don’t even do any).

Staff was great, Jacques was especially friendly and helpful for all our questions. Sofa bed might need a new mattress, a bit thin for a weeks stay - otherwise a great location and the pool access to the Outrigger a block away was perfect too, pool and beach access was ideal!

Staff was wonderful. If no cleaning is provided a Swiffer or stick vac would help keep the room clean during the stay.

My stay at the Regency on Beachwalk was perfect. The spacious condo was perfect for my family with 2 young children. The kitchenette was handy for money saving meals and we had a space to hang out during the day that was separate from the bedrooms -- which meant no sandy toes in the bed. The check in was easy and quick, and through ******* I was able to message and keep in contact with the hotel when our flight was delayed. The service was friendly and exceptional, with bedding and towels provided promptly when requested. There is no daily cleaning, but you can leave garbage and dirty towels by the front door in the morning where they are picked up by house keeping. We didn't mind as we are generally pretty clean guests. My only critique is that the property and units are old and the couches, carpet and drapes can probably benefit from a good deep cleaning or update. I stayed at this property 18 years ago as well, and everything about it still holds up. I would be happy to stay here again and again. Thank You for the hospitality!

Room was a little more run down than the photos but everything worked and the kitchen was equipped. Convenient location, a bit noisy as a lot of families with young children stay here. I was near the elevator where they like to "play" at 5am in the hallway. I loved that there was a filtered water dispenser and access to the pool at the really nice outrigger nearby. For the price, it's a good deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pictures were nothing like the actual place. Very dark and old. Very dirty, lots of hair in the shower and kitchen was dirty. Expected something nice and felt like I was lied to when we showed up. Bathroom shower was terrible and very flimsy sink. Door doesn’t fully close. Overall good staff but would not recommend a stay here.
