Had a great sleep~ The lighting and vibe in the room and the bar were really warm and cozy. The wardrobe was spacious, and there was an ensuite bathroom. The place also has this 'sad cat' that reminded me of that internet-famous 'grandma cat' from abroad, haha! They offer free hot water, which is a huge plus for hot water lovers~

I've stayed in about ten hostels, and this one is by far the best! I really regret only staying for one night this time. As soon as you enter, adorable cats come out to greet you, which is truly therapeutic! 🐈 I booked the cheapest room type, but it surprisingly came with a private shower and toilet. There are also communal bathrooms, so there's no need to worry about disturbing others when showering or using the toilet, or about noise issues. The room also has lockable storage lockers, big enough to fit a 28-inch suitcase, which really made me feel secure! There were even two power outlets by the bed, and I've never stayed in a hostel dorm with two outlets before. One thing that I found particularly great about Chishan Hostel was the free towel rental! I feel like not many hostels offer towels, and towels take up a lot of luggage space, so this was incredibly convenient for travelers! Also, the staff were all so, so gentle and kind! The entire stay was so comfortable that I honestly felt like I wanted to live there forever. 🥹 It even made me think that I'd want to visit Chongqing again just to stay at this hostel! I will definitely come back again in the future! Thank you, Chishan, for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

I loved it! My first solo trip. My first time staying in a hostel. It felt secure, warm, safe, and cozy. The hostel has so many cats, hahahaha! Each one is so cute and they'll randomly appear by your side! 🥹

Still clean and tidy, still conveniently located, and the staff are still diligent and responsive to guests' suggestions! I'd call this the strongest and most user-friendly hostel in Chongqing, hehe! It's right next to attractions like Super Dimension Center, Luohan Temple, Grand Metropark Hotel, Jiefangbei, and Qianye Gate. You can even catch a partial view of Qianye Gate Bridge 🌉 from upstairs! The ladies at the front desk are very warm-hearted, and the cats are super cute /:,@-D. What lovely memories, hehe (๑•ω•๑)

I really love the cats in the hostel; they're all so well-behaved and you can pet them freely. The environment here is also great, and the facilities are quite complete. It truly lives up to its reputation as a top hostel in Chongqing! I genuinely recommend it. It's a shame I can only stay for two days and have to leave soon. I wish I could live here long-term, haha. I'll definitely come back next time!
