The overall stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient, making travel easy. The front desk staff were very friendly and patient, actively assisting with any needs we had, and even thoughtfully arranged a late check-out for us. We were very satisfied with the overall experience and would consider staying here again on our next visit to Shanghai. Highly recommended!

My Atour stay far exceeded my expectations. Initially, I hadn't done much research and booked a hotel near the Bund, which turned out to be a terrible experience with poor value for money. My friend then recommended this Atour, and I didn't have high hopes at first. After staying for two nights, I can confidently say that both the hotel's location and facilities are excellent! The hotel is located in a quiet area, about a ten-minute walk from the shopping haven of Xintiandi. Daily amenities are very convenient. The hotel lobby's lounge area is also very stylish and great for photos. The room was relatively clean with no overlooked spots, and the breakfast quality was very good with plenty of choices, readily meeting guests' needs. The front desk service deserves special praise; they were quick to fulfill guest requests and maintained proactive and effective communication. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The location in Xintiandi is excellent, the lobby is bright and upscale, and the room is very clean. The front desk staff are professional and polite. It was a very pleasant stay with two young children! Recommended!

The room was very clean, tidy, and soundproof. The breakfast was plentiful, and the entire room was smart-enabled. The hardware facilities were excellent, and the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful; they met every request. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come again next time!

The room overall is quite small, which is to be expected in such a prime location. The ceiling height is very low, making it feel a bit cramped. The air conditioning vent blows directly onto the head of the bed, giving me a headache at night. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed instead. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls within walking distance, making dining very convenient.

If you're looking for a quiet stay, don't choose this place. The soundproofing is poor, and it's close to the road, so you can clearly hear cars passing by at night. There's an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly due to long-term rain, as the comforter felt damp. The front desk service was average.
