Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou

Unfamiliar with Jiuzhai and not wanting to stay at the gully entrance, I opted for an established hotel. The environment and facilities were perfect, just as expected. After two tiring days of travel, I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel was very quiet. The highlight was waking up in the morning, opening the curtains, and seeing the snow-capped mountains right outside the window – a moment of pure tranquility. It's also conveniently located near major attractions. Around the hotel, there are art galleries, museums, and a very professional coffee shop. While out for a stroll in the evening, I stumbled upon a beautiful lantern festival exhibition. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and recommended many travel tips and must-see attractions in Jiuzhaigou. If you're driving, you can head towards Shenxianchi. The mountain road along the way is very enjoyable, transforming from viewing snow-capped mountains from afar to actually being among them. It's a completely different experience away from the crowds.

After a tiring trip to Jiuzhaigou, I was so happy to find such a comfortable and satisfying hotel. It's an established 4-star hotel, offering peace of mind. It's even more convenient if you're driving, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and bright, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet rest environment. The room facilities were complete, with a smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and an independent bathroom. The shower water temperature was stable, and hot water was readily available. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and the staff were warm and attentive. It's clear the hotel management puts effort into running the place. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would choose to stay here again next time.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They handled all the check-in procedures efficiently and even gave us fantastic recommendations for local attractions and activities. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with a friendly 'hello'. When we needed a car during our trip, they arranged it seamlessly. Although there was an issue with our return car due to unforeseen circumstances, the hotel staff were amazing and proactively helped us resolve it. The room itself was well-equipped, comfortable, cozy, clean, and hygienic. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience.

The room was quite spacious, and the front desk staff upgraded us for free. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, and transportation is very convenient. If I ever go to Jiuzhaigou again, I'd definitely stay here.

The environment maintained Hilton's standards, but the breakfast was very, very average. It's very close to Zhongcha Gully, and as soon as I drove out of the hotel in the morning, I saw the sunrise and snow-capped mountains.

I just had to leave a positive review! It was a last-minute decision to take our family of four to Jiuzhai Valley, and I booked the hotel the day before. Luca at the front desk provided excellent service. He patiently answered all my booking questions late into the night. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly. Even during the peak season, he managed to arrange our two rooms right next to each other. His attention to detail really showed how much he cares about guests. Thank you again! I usually lower my expectations when traveling during peak season, but this time, the overall experience was surprisingly good. I wish Luca all the best in his work and hope the hotel continues to thrive!

Perhaps it was the off-season, but the lovely front desk staff, Ms. Zhudan, upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciate. I felt the value for money was quite good. However, the cleanliness details could be improved; the bedding had a strange smell. The night duty front desk guy was very proactive in helping to resolve the issue. It would be even better if the housekeeping staff were as proactive and diligent. If I ever go to Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely choose this place.

Great location and a wonderful environment! Xiao Huan, the butler, was very attentive and thoughtful. Seriously, if you're coming to Jiuzhaigou, just book this place without hesitation! As for the Haagen-Dazs ice cream cups: there's a fantastic variety of flavors to choose from.
