Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou

No more 'special forces' travel for me! My trips now are all about eating, drinking, and leisurely strolls. For my Jiuzhaigou trip, I set aside plenty of time: two days exploring Jiuzhaigou, and the remaining two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn. This also gave me the chance to experience the beautiful Zhongzhagou Valley, often called the 'back garden of Jiuzhaigou,' and try some ******* cuisine. A big thank you to our butler, Xiaohuan, for her attentive service.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated within a resort area with shops nearby for browsing. They even had activities during the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays. It's very convenient to get a taxi from the hotel entrance to go anywhere, with staff on hand to assist. To the left of the hotel exit, there's a boarding point for the high-speed rail direct shuttle. The room was also clean and tidy, with a pretty good view from the window. It was very quiet at night, maintaining the Hilton chain's standards, allowing for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was quite extensive, and I noticed the staff even kept samples of each dish, showing great attention to guest food safety, which was reassuring!

The hotel upgraded me to a suite for free. The room was spacious and clean. Xiao Qiao at the front desk was very helpful and reminded me to book tickets in advance for the scenic spots during the holidays, and also about the peak breakfast hours. The hotel's location is great; it's a ten-minute drive to Zhongcha Valley and half an hour to Jiuzhaigou (including traffic). There's a commercial street behind the hotel with delicious yak hot pot. Compared to staying at the gully entrance, this area is much quieter, and parking is convenient. Highly recommended!

Very satisfied! While we were still on our way, they called to ask when we'd arrive. Once we got there, they gave us a lovely welcome gift full of snacks – that was a nice surprise! We hadn't booked breakfast with our room, but the front desk staff were so kind and brought us breakfast anyway. The breakfast spread was very generous, and I especially loved the rice noodles. When I found the room a bit cold, they immediately sent up a heater. They were very prompt in responding to messages and never showed any impatience. I'm really happy with everything. If I go to Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely consider staying at Hilton Garden Inn. Oh, and there was a super cute alpaca, completely black but I thought it was adorable! Extremely satisfied and happy!

The hotel environment is beautiful, elegant, and grand. It's about a fifteen-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. We are very satisfied.

We were on a self-driving tour of the Jiuzhai Grand Loop and this was our last stop in Jiuzhaigou. The stay was quite pleasant. The front desk staff was very friendly, and since it wasn't peak season, they even upgraded our room. It was really good value for money too.

Our first stop on our Jiuzhaigou trip. After getting off the train, we hailed a taxi to the hotel. We booked a deluxe room for 865 a night, which was very poor value for money, especially with a balcony facing directly onto the road! The hotel mainly caters to tour groups and is located at the entrance of the Huamei Resort. After dinner, we took a stroll around the resort, but there wasn't much to see. We skipped the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum as it required an entrance fee. The next morning, we decisively switched to a guesthouse in Zhongzhagou!

Daxiong at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. Upon check-in, I could tell it was peak season in Jiuzhaigou, and there were so many guests at the front desk, but he remained welcoming and even upgraded our room proactively – really appreciate it! 😊 The hotel was also very clean, and breakfast even featured special butter tea! I highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiuzhaigou.
