The sink in 102 was stopped up and no hot water. Shower was great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Coffee pot and frig was not well cleaned

Older building, room was in disrepair, seemed dingy, couch was torn, furniture was broken. Room could have been cleaner. Door handle lock was sticking. Free laundry was nice but most machines were broken and area was unkempt. Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. Exterior doors did not lock. Beds were old and springy, not very comfortable.

Very large room for a great price! Best hotel breakfast I have ever had too, TONS of tasty options

The hotel is older and could use a little modeling but it is clean, staff is great.

Completely dirty WHITE sheets full of dead skin that had never been changed in TWO different rooms. Beds that were slept in (or worse) & sheets were pulled up to appear the bed was clean and made up for next person.

When I arrived at the hotel to check in with my three grandchildren, I was told the pool was closed which there was nothing on ********** the week before when I book the hotel about the pool being closed and under maintenance I was a little upset they did say we can go across the street which was her sister hotel however dragging three small children back-and-forth in the cold was not ideal, but I promised them they could swim. I was a little disappointed that I was not informed earlier on the website. Because I do book the rooms based off the fact that there is a pool a very important thing for me. That’s why I get on ********* and check I think the hotel should disclose when their pool is down so it can be put on the site so people aren’t disappointed when they get to their hotel Other than that, the hotel is one that we have stayed at several times they are always nice. However, this experience was terrible.

Breakfast was not very good. Pool was closed. There was a man that took all the yogurt and blueberries when we were in line. He said I love this stuff. One of the 2 tv we had in the room would not work.

Clean room and quiet atmosphere but breakfast should begin at 7 on sundays. We Missed breakfast this morning because we had to be somewhere and couldn’t eat at the hotel.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. The refrigerator was dirty. Something had spilled in the bottom drawer. The shelves were dirty as well. The microwave was dirty, something was spilled down the front of the dishwasher and it was obvious it had not been cleaned in quite some time. I didn’t open it. There were dead bugs all along where the carpet meets the trim. There were dead bugs that looked a bit like roaches in the corner of the bathroom, surrounded by cob webs. The mattress on the pull-out couch was filthy. There were stains all over it. I also found a pair of rolled up socks under the ottoman in the bedroom. There was a chewed up Nerf dart in the living area. The pool was closed, but we were able to walk to the sister hotel and use the pool there. That pool was very nice. It was just very cold outside and a little inconvenient. I was very disappointed. This was our 4th year staying at this hotel. We will not be staying there again. I did call and speak to a manager. They gave me 20% of my bill back. I’m not one to typically complain, but it was really dirty and I’m not sure 20% back was enough. The staff was very nice!
