Overall, I had a pleasant stay and the staff provided excellent service throughout my visit. However, I was disappointed that the room did not match the description on Trip.com. The listing advertised a city view and showed rooms with balconies, but the room I received had no windows at all. I also specifically requested one large bed, but the room was prepared with two single beds pushed together instead. While the service was great, I hope the hotel can provide more accurate room descriptions and better accommodate guests’ room preferences in the future.

Nice place but the AC was not working well, so not cool and at night they didn't really turn on the lights as we walk on stairs so dark. Actually I been there many times for the first time was good but later on not in good experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly unpleasant. Water quality was so poor (dirty, smelly). During 3 nights of staying there, we face water shortages full 3 days. The service was so terrible, no any action when we asked for support regarding water shortages problems. The room itself was in terrible condition — it had a strong, musty odor as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained in years. It was very uncomfortable to stay in such an environment.

The room was spacious. The pool is open from morning to evening. Everyday there was room cleaning. But the location is not perfect. It is not in the center of the city. But still just a 15-20 min walk to the Pub Street.
