The hotel environment is great, very quiet and private. The breakfast selection is also diverse. It was my first time here and they even upgraded my room type, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel for my business trips from now on. Plus, MixC shopping mall is only 800m away, which is super convenient for shopping and beauty treatments.

Staying at the Wyndham Garden QJ New Town for my child's exam was a perfect experience. I specifically booked their 'exam package' room, and the attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The room was specially decorated for a student, with a 'Good Luck on Your Exam' card and seasonal fruits on the desk, along with a complete set of stationery, a steam eye mask, and noise-canceling earplugs – so thoughtful! The hotel also has a dedicated quiet floor for students, with excellent soundproofing. The soft, eye-friendly desk lamp was perfect for my child to review at night. The front desk staff proactively offered a gentle wake-up service, and the breakfast was light, nutritious, and suitable for a student's stomach. The location near a commercial area made getting to the exam very convenient. The staff were all very gentle and patient, providing support throughout to ease my child's pre-exam anxiety. The clean and bright room, along with comfortable bedding, allowed my child to rest and study peacefully. I highly recommend this hotel for families accompanying students for exams in Hangzhou! The front desk staff who checked us in were also very meticulous and helped us arrange a very suitable room, especially Ms. Xu, a special thank you to her.

I have to give a shout-out to Xiao Wang at the front desk! She was so patient and welcoming during check-in, and even proactively upgraded me to a quiet room. She also thoughtfully recommended some great places to eat nearby. The room's cleanliness was superb, with sparkling clean surfaces and even under the bed. It was a really comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it!

Check-in was probably busy that day, waited about ten minutes, and the lobby was crowded and noisy. However, the front desk service was excellent; they even gave us two complimentary breakfasts and patiently explained that the hotel would be hosting conferences for the next few days. Everything else was fine.

Stayed during the May Day holiday and was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a suite (even though I was just staying overnight). For sleeping, the hotel offered both soft and firm pillows. The ambient lighting and mode switches created a very comfortable atmosphere, allowing me to sleep in beautifully. The only minor downside was that I forgot to tell the hotel I came by car, and I only realized three hours after leaving the parking lot that Alipay had automatically deducted a parking fee...

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. The public areas are great, and the service is exceptionally good; the staff are very helpful when guests encounter issues! However, some facilities in the larger room types need better maintenance; the bathtub wasn't working well, with very low and slow water pressure. Also, the housekeeping staff's cleaning procedures need to be better managed and trained.

Manager Chen's service was absolutely wonderful! As soon as he heard I booked through Ctrip, he upgraded my room for free and even gave me complimentary welcome fruits. He also added me on WeChat to provide personalized concierge service. For a single mom like me, this was truly a ray of comfort in my life. A huge thank you to Manager Chen! Next time I bring my child, I'll definitely contact him again.

The room was very clean, and the environment was great. Excellent value for money.
