This stay definitely deserves a five-star rating. The room hygiene was excellent; the entire room was meticulously cleaned with no strange odors. The bedding was clean and tidy, and the bathroom countertops and drain edges were spotless, free of water stains and dust. Overall, it was fresh and neat, making for a very comfortable stay. The room facilities were well-maintained; the air conditioning ran smoothly, hot water came quickly and maintained a stable temperature, lights and outlets worked perfectly, and the internet signal was stable and fast. The furniture was in good condition with no dents or damage. The curtains provided good blackout, the mattress was a comfortable medium firmness, and all amenities were complete. Overall, the maintenance was thoughtful, everything was convenient and comfortable to use, and there were no facility breakdowns affecting the experience. The overall living experience was pleasant, with great attention to detail, and excellent value for money. I would consider staying here again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone.

My stay at the Huanglong Transin Hotel in Hangzhou Qianjiang New City was perfect. The location is superb, right in the heart of Qianjiang New City. It's within walking distance to MixC and Raffles City, and close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to West Lake and the East Railway Station. Shopping and getting around couldn't be easier. The cleanliness was impeccable; the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the bathroom and bedding were spotless and odor-free, with every corner well-maintained. The staff were friendly and polite, check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. Their service was attentive and thoughtful. The room had great natural light and a quiet environment, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure stays. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hangzhou.

The room was specially decorated for a student, with a 'Good Luck on Your Exam' card and seasonal fruits on the desk, along with a complete set of stationery, a steam eye mask, and noise-canceling earplugs – so thoughtful! The hotel also has a dedicated quiet floor for students, with excellent soundproofing. The soft, eye-friendly desk lamp was perfect for my child to review at night. The front desk staff proactively offered a gentle wake-up service, and the breakfast was light, nutritious, and suitable for a student's stomach. The location near a commercial area made getting to the exam very convenient. The staff were all very gentle and patient, providing support throughout to ease my child's pre-exam anxiety. The clean and bright room, along with comfortable bedding, allowed my child to rest and study peacefully. I highly recommend this hotel for families accompanying students for exams in Hangzhou!
