The Park Lane Hong Kong, Autograph Collection

This hotel is located right in the heart of Causeway Bay, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. It was my first time staying at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, and while it's an older property, its quality definitely shines through! The lobby, front desk, and all the staff were very polite, and their Mandarin was excellent – I didn't experience any of the discriminatory situations mentioned in some reviews. There was absolutely no smoke smell in the lobby, hallways, or rooms, which really speaks to Hong Kong's effective smoking bans – truly commendable! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was spotless. They even provided a portable instant hot water purifier, and all the toiletries and slippers were available. I'd definitely come back!

Great location, very convenient for shopping. The bar on the 27th floor has an unbeatable view.

I originally wanted to ask for a newly renovated room, but during the May Day holiday, it was too crowded and both twin and king-size beds were unavailable. They upgraded me to a high-floor city view room, which was still pretty good. The room facilities are a bit dated; they look exactly the same as when I stayed here ten years ago. They did add a water dispenser, which is quite convenient, as you can get hot or warm water quickly. I mainly booked Park Lane for the breakfast, haha, and the quality and service are impeccable.
