Beijing Tylfull Hotel

Facilities: well-equipped. Hygiene: clean. Environment: elegant. Service: warm and attentive. Welcome fruit: fresh. Coffee and tea in the room are complimentary. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is quite new, the service is excellent, and the pool is great too. Definitely recommend it.

Extended my stay for another night. The concierge service was excellent! 👍🏻 When we were checking out, the staff quickly helped us with our luggage. The concierge at the hotel entrance was always very polite. The room service for breakfast and the housekeeping staff were also very accommodating and efficient. 👍🏻

Truly a fantastic stay! The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly polite and helped with a swift check-in. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. The coffee machine and tea selection were a lovely touch, and when I called for extra provisions, they were brought to my room very quickly. The hotel also has some unique restaurants, which is convenient for business dinners.

I was amazed by the service at the Taifu Hotel during my stay. From the doorman at the entrance to every staff member I encountered, everyone bowed and greeted me. Having stayed in many hotels, this was the first time I'd received such courtesy. The room was well-equipped, especially with a small bottle of laundry detergent and mouthwash. This is rare to find in other five-star hotels, showing the hotel's thoughtfulness. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station. Driving is also convenient, with free parking. Although the hotel is on the street, the rooms were very quiet. There was an electric toilet. Most importantly, the price was reasonable. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Located right next to the subway station, it's conveniently located, and the rooms offer great views. The lobby is decorated with Du Fu's poem "Looking at Mount Tai": "How majestic is Mount Tai! Its verdant peaks stretch endlessly across Qi and Lu. Nature has bestowed upon it divine beauty, dividing day and night with its shadow. Clouds rise from its slopes, stirring my heart; birds fly into the distance, piercing my gaze. I will surely climb to its summit, and survey all the lesser mountains below." This hotel blends classical and modern art, and the price is reasonable; it's worth staying at.

The service was good; they proactively opened the car door, took my luggage, and delivered it to my room. They responded quickly to any requests I made to the front desk. The breakfast was reassuring. Although the selection wasn't huge, the freshly made soup was delicious, and there was also freshly squeezed juice – everything felt fresh. The facilities were quite thoughtful; they even provided eye-friendly desk lamps, suitable for families with children doing homework. The cleanliness was terrible! First, there was a bent lint in the bathtub (yes, the kind of lint). After I reported it, the front desk staff came to clean the bathtub and provided two bathtub liners. The room also had a slight smell of smoke, so I asked for an air purifier. That resolved the issue. When I showered at night, I found the towels to be truly appalling – very old, with black stains, and, more importantly, unidentified yellow stains. The bathrobes were uncomfortable, made of budget hotel material. The coffee machine didn't work.
