Otaru Kourakuen

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service was incredible, and I had such a fantastic and enjoyable stay. The outdoor private onsen in the room was unbeatable – the hot spring water was so clean and hygienic. They even provided a great hair essential oil. Highly recommend, it's definitely worth a visit!

This was the best hotel of our trip. From check-in to check-out, we felt the warmth and saw the smiles of the staff throughout. The included dinner was delicious and exquisite. The set breakfast was also pretty good. The hotel offers a variety of entertainment activities and facilities, so you won't get bored at all, and the environment is beautiful. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear doors opening and closing from upstairs and next door.

The entire hotel has a very warm and inviting atmosphere! There are many free activities offered, such as marshmallow roasting, matcha tasting, and morning yoga. The lobby is cozy, and the service is excellent!

Fantastic! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. It was snowing, and when I wanted to take some pictures outside at night, they even kindly brought me an umbrella. The environment is great, and the food is excellent too! Soaking in the hot springs on a snowy day is the absolute best!

An absolutely worthwhile night! The private onsen was high quality and the hotel offered great privacy. Both meals we had were delicious, and the service was excellent. The scenery was breathtaking. It was one of those places you never want to check out of. They even offered complimentary snacks upon departure, and the bar had a wide selection of food in the evening. Strolling in the snow after dinner was also beautiful.

Very satisfied with both the room and the service. It even snowed when I was there! I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. The lobby offers unlimited complimentary beer, champagne, and other beverages.
