Hotel on Central location, with beautiful decoration, small cozy room. Room Very new and clean, thanks to housekeeping who work so hard everyday. Soft bed, big TV with YouTube. Bathroom with shower is good. Room with City view is very bad. We try body lotion and get very bad allergic reaction on skin, so we stop use it. Breakfast we didn’t eat so nothing to say. In noisy busy city like Nha Trang no chance to relax because room no soundproof and every minute we hear doorbell from lift. Another bad thing in the lift - toilet spray with unpleasant smell. Noise from street 24 hours guarantee! The worst thing is nightbar downstairs where screaming and shouting all night long, even with earplugs impossible to sleep so it was torture to hear drunk people down there. Sorry hotel cannot stop that madness on location.
Big surprise is swimming pool where impossible to swimm, because cold water. Both indoor swimming pools on 21 floor with cold water, so we do not swimm… So it impossible to relax nearby indoor pool and we go to this famous city beach, where no place to rest at all because of crowd and sellers of corn or glasses. This is not beach hotel, they not provide any services to us, no place on beach, no sun beds, no beach towels. Very difficult to go across main road. On check out manager ask how do we enjoy our stay, but We feel very uncomfortable in Nha Trang, sorry it was mistake to spent vacation here, it was bad experience.
