Superb location! Facing Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Harrods are within a 10-minute walk! Superb rooms! It's rare to find a new hotel like this in Europe; it's newly opened with new facilities and features many artworks, offering simple yet comfortable accommodations! Superb food! A hotel in London with its own top-notch French restaurant is extremely rare! Superb service! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in every way. Highly recommended!

Apart from the extremely slow elevator, average breakfast and small public areas, everything else is good: such as the professionalism of the service staff, the basic conditions of the room, the gym, and the restaurant.

Facilities: This is the most modern hotel I have stayed in so far in the UK. Unlike other old traditional luxury hotels in the UK, the hotel's smart system is very easy to use and other facilities are also very new. Especially the mattress, which allows you to fall asleep quickly when you lie down on it. Hygiene: The hygiene is impeccable. The rooms and public areas are clean and impeccable. Environment: The environment has a combination of modern and artistic sense. London Hyde Park is across the road, and the restaurant environment is also great in the morning. Service: The service is impeccable. The staff will provide full service from the time you check in to the time you check out. If you want to go to London during your stay, you can tell the hotel and they will arrange a free courtesy car (all Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series level). Victor, a Chinese employee at the front desk, also gave me a good introduction to the hotel facilities. A great hotel in London. I hope to stay there again next time! !

Excellent, the service, food, accommodation, and location were all superb.

The service is attentive and flexible, the breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious, and the location is excellent, right across from Hyde Park and near Harrods department store. It's a worthwhile choice.

Absolutely five stars! Much better than the Ritz! Really considerate and attentive service! The room was upgraded and champagne was given upon check-in. A bottle of champagne was opened for free every day. The hotel is really generous!
