This Hotel is terrible. The staff are all racist and have horrible customer service. They were rude to me and my family. I would not advise anyone to stay here

The staff was amazing, friendly and very nice. The pool was disappointing. The water was greenish and had a loud odor and no one was at the pool the entire 2 days of our stay. I would say it was overall good and clean at a fair price. If you're not looking to dip in the pool then this is the place for you. The breakfast was definitely a plus.

This is the first choice property that I had to pay a $50 incidental charge ridiculous. I arrive around noon hoping I could check in and I was informed that I would have to pay a $40 fee if I would check in early TV remote would not work. I had to call the front desk for them to come in limited a problem. I’m pretty confident that this will be my last choice reservation.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Only bad thing I have to say is the area it was in was shady. Within the first hour of being there was saw a guy get punched in the face and another guy hit with a shovel in the head freaking crazy!

It was just a quick getaway. I thought the hotel was across from the beach so it wasn’t the hotel I thought it was. Overall the customer service was excellent!

I only had one problem… 3 rd floor vending soda machine didn’t work so had to come downstairs and pay 1.25 more😩😂other then that..LOVE THE STAY AND THE BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE AND ROOM VERY SPACIOUS
