Holman Riverfront Park Hotel Salem,Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Kylie (front desk) is an absolute gem and was extremely helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Excellent food at the restaurant, room Service

We had a great stay. Room was very nice. We ate breakfast at the restaurant. Food was okay. They didn’t have a couple of the things on hand to complete our order & we had to order something else.

Great for working in the room and in lobby. Restaurant had great happy hour. Only wish there was a microwave in room for heating up leftovers. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was difficult to find. I didn’t get the room I had reserved. The floor in the room was dirty . The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The location of the hotel was very noisy .

For the price, the room is very basic, the beds were as hard as a rock and parking was $32 a day and the car had to be valet or park on the street with meter parking. Not to mention our window would not close all the way and the street noise was loud, and the TV would not work. Highly disappointed in our stay.

We arrived late, around 9pm for check in and the lady at the front desk was professional, friendly and quick. I was worried about being in the street side of the hotel but she told me it is more noisy on the weekends. We didn’t hear any street noise from the 4th floor. We had breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby and it was amazing! The local coffee was my favorite and I did got the coffee shop to buy a couple bags as gifts to take home. Traveling with a child, I ran a couple minutes behind of the noon checkout. A hotel employee came to our door to knock to confirm checkout in a very nice way and it was a smooth process. Overall, great experience.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Refused to apply a discount agreed for patrons of a local business. Restaurant servers need an attitude correction - surly and rude. Waitress literally through my food onto the table and walked off
