Mandarin Oriental Macau

The front desk, customer service, and housekeeping all provided excellent service. We got a complimentary upgrade to a room with a sea view and a view of the Macau Tower for my birthday. However, the room and bathroom were a bit small, and the lobby and pool were tiny, which doesn't really live up to a five-star standard.

A truly comfortable and relaxing stay. I originally booked a Cultural Landmark room, but because it was on a lower floor and quite noisy due to road construction downstairs, the front desk quickly helped me upgrade to a full sea view suite. The turndown service was, as always, warm and cozy, and the gentleman by the poolside was also very attentive. I tried four drinks at the bar; honestly, one of them was quite mediocre, but the manager's service was excellent. He carefully followed up on the taste of the other drinks and even waived the charge for the mediocre one. The front desk staff, as always, maintained the Mandarin Oriental's high standards, even reaching ceiling-level excellence. They were enthusiastic, resourceful, and thoughtful. 👍 This time, I also received a very special souvenir for the first time. I will definitely be back!

I stayed at Galaxy and St. Regis for the first two nights, and I much preferred the Mandarin Oriental in comparison – it was very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit! Highly recommended!

We chose the Mandarin Oriental to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. A big thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality and thoughtful service. A special shout-out to Cherry Huang at the front desk for the room upgrade, giving us a fantastic night view of the Macau Tower. And also a huge thanks to the housekeeping team for the beautiful rose petal decorations. Thank you all once again! 😊

This hotel was highly anticipated. It's the only hotel in Macau without a casino, making it quiet and elegant. Ms. Ye at the front desk upgraded my room and personally escorted me to it, and to my surprise, my luggage was already there before I arrived – truly exceptional service. The room offered simultaneous views of the Macau Tower and the bay, with magnificent scenery outside the window. I'm very grateful to her. The room was spacious and bright, with a beautiful, wide window that was the same size as the room itself, allowing sunlight to stream in during the afternoon, creating a wonderfully comfortable and luminous atmosphere. The dressing room had a stone platform for luggage, along with a long hanging rod and plenty of hangers, making it very easy to organize my belongings. The bathroom facilities were complete and modern; the towels and bathrobes were new and soft, and the toiletries were excellent. The breakfast was abundant, exquisite, and delicious, with meticulous service and refined quality – truly a benchmark for Macau. A wonderful impression; I'll definitely be back.

My wife and I had a romantic two-day getaway for her birthday. The hotel is very well-maintained, the room was spotless, and the service was prompt. We had a great stay! The price we got through the partnership with Trip.com was excellent – I hope they offer this deal again.

The restaurant next to the lobby on the first floor offers incredibly high-quality food. The salad is a must-try – so fresh and delicious! A special shout-out to our waiter, Johnny, whose service was exceptional. He was enthusiastic, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the food, recommending dishes that were all perfectly suited to our taste. We'll definitely be back for the amazing food and Johnny's fantastic service!

My appreciation for the Mandarin Oriental brand led me to visit the Macau property 🇲🇴 after my stay at the Hong Kong one, eager to experience its unique charm once again! Each Mandarin Oriental hotel in every city has its own distinct culture and character. The facilities at the Macau MO are generally a bit older and relatively simple, and the rooms are smaller than those in Hong Kong. However, they are well-maintained. This time, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a higher floor, and the soundproofing was excellent. Many thanks to the reservations department for their efficient replies and thoughtful service, which made this trip possible (it was almost canceled due to a thunderstorm ⛈️ warning). The front office staff provided warm and detailed service; a special thank you to Forrest for the care! The in-room service was particularly impressive. Every staff member was well-trained in etiquette and manners, and they responded promptly. The turndown service was especially warm and welcoming! For travelers who aren't keen on gambling, the Macau MO is an excellent choice. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it to others!
