Spotless hygiene, comfortable bed, and well-maintained, functional facilities. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were warm and courteous. Convenient location and great value for money. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommend!

Extremely noisy. Couldn't sleep in the morning. Small windows. Doors slamming in the hallway, cleaning staff, moving tables, loud mop noises. The hotel itself is also dirty with people constantly going in and out. Absolutely terrible, one-star review.

My entire stay was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's front desk staff. From the moment I walked in with my initial inquiries, the receptionists always greeted me with a warm smile, and their demeanor was consistently patient and polite. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I particularly want to thank Dou Dou at the front desk, who went above and beyond by proactively and thoroughly explaining the room amenities, breakfast hours, and local transportation options. Whenever I had questions, even small ones like parking or directions to attractions, she answered each one carefully and attentively, never once seeming dismissive.

My stay was comfortable and pleasant throughout. When I needed assistance, the front desk staff were very responsive, especially Yu Xi and Dou Dou, who were excellent.

The front desk staff, Yifan and Yuxi, provided excellent service. The location is great, and the breakfast is abundant. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic, right by the subway, making it super convenient to get around. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and housekeeping was always on time. The robot delivery service was also quick. Both check-in and check-out were seamless, providing a great service experience overall.
