Good experience. Peace at night. Quite little dust after rain. Love air purified in room, I can take deep breath with good air.Acceptable service. I found travelers smoked with (maybe) cigar or another at swimming pool, the security guard or staff should be told that.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's such an elegant and tranquil oasis, truly feels like a world away. On Chinese New Year's Day, the hotel even arranged a lively lion dance for Chinese guests, which was really festive and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast was great, with staff freshly pressing vegetable and fruit juices on the spot. We also got to enjoy a delicious New Year's feast. The bedding was excellent, and I had fantastic sleep all three nights. It was a truly wonderful vacation experience!

We arrived around 3 PM, but the room wasn’t ready for check-in. Later, during checkout, we discovered that the housekeeping staff was occupying the room. Perhaps if they had focused more on providing excellent service, this situation could have been avoided. No one wants complimentary drinks waiting for them upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel, while slightly outdated, offers ample space. It remains one of the excellent choices in town.

Great location at the river banks, very friendly staff, spacious clean room and delicious breakfast as well as dinner in the Favola restaurant. The spa offers great treatments. Trips were organized fast and perfect. It’s not often but for this hotel I can’t find anything negative to mention. It was a perfect relaxing stay.
