Overall, my stay was good. The room was spacious and comfortable, the location was super convenient, and the hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help. There are two areas that could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable: 1) The design of the sink faucet causes water to splash onto clothes and the floor when in use. 2) Of the two power outlets next to the desk, one was not working, meaning I couldn't charge two laptops simultaneously.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent, with direct access to the BTS Skytrain. The next station, Chit Lom, is home to the Erawan Shrine, CentralWorld, and Big C. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering fresh coconut water and freshly cut fruit.

Convenient location, excellent service, amazing breakfast, beautiful environment, and reasonable prices.

This is a Japanese-style hotel located in a decent spot in the Sukhumvit area. The rooms are spacious, but the soundproofing is just okay. The front desk staff were fairly friendly. A big shout-out to the bar; the bartender is a local Thai who is super friendly and loves to chat. The breakfast spread is also excellent.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Embassy, making it easy to walk there. The staff across all departments were very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I stayed during my birthday, and the hotel provided both fruit cake and other pastries as a birthday surprise. Overall, I was very impressed.

The hotel was excellent, right from the beautiful lobby to its direct connection to the station. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the bustling downtown area. All the staff members I interacted with were incredibly kind and helpful. As it's a Japanese hotel, having descriptions in Japanese made things much easier. The breakfast was delicious too. I would definitely want to stay here again when I visit Bangkok.

Fantastic hotel! The room was excellent, and as expected from a Japanese hotel, the service and cleanliness were top-notch. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with direct access to the BTS, so you're protected from both sun and rain. The infinity pool is a bit small but offers nice views. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!
