On arrival we were greeting with cold damp clothes and refreshing drinks actually what we needed with the heat and humidity outside friendly welcoming staff, quick check in escorted to our rooms (superior) which had a fantastic view. Roof top pool is spectacular

This hotel is great! It's close to the pier and has parking on shore, making it very convenient to get to right after getting off the boat. The breakfast is decent, and the rooftop pool has amazing views of both the sea and the mountains.

The hotel only has good rooms with lake views. The room smelled strongly of sewage. For breakfast, you have to go to the other end of the island, as there's no on-site dining.

The staff were so incredibly helpful. I left my luggage there and stayed elsewhere because the rooms were full, and the staff really looked after it. The breakfast was also good. Great value for money, definitely exceeded expectations!
