Very relaxed hotel. Excellent service at front desk ladies were very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast very good something for everyone. To swim pools the garden pool gets interesting when the monkeys arrive. Great experience I did extend my stay a few times enjoyed the experience of Railay.

READ BEFORE BOOKING My experience at Railay Princess Resort was absolutely horrendous. The hotel was disgusting, our room was filthy, the bathrooms were full of toxic mold, and the entire place reeked of such a foul smell that it made me sick during the night cause the smell does become worst. Breathing in mold is dangerous, and staying here felt genuinely unsafe I want to specially advertise for them thinking of coming with kids, pregnant woman or health problems to be careful! To make matters worse, the management outright lied to us. After seeing the conditions, we were assured by the manager that we would be refunded. But once we left, they completely went back on their word and refused to give us a single cent back. They even refused to refund the boat ride off the island, which left us literally trapped unless we kept paying them. I ended up having to book a private boat at a much higher cost, but honestly, we didn’t have a choice! Looking at their reviews, it’s clear this is not a one-off situation. Railay Princess Resort has a pattern of mistreating guests, lying, and refusing refunds. They clearly know that if they honored refunds for the number of complaints they receive, they would go out of business. This hotel needs to be shut down until they fix their mold and pipes situation or at least advertise it before people are literally stuck there we only boat to return to safety, without mentioning the unwelcoming person at the front desk (the concierge man was really nice thank you), the WiFi was also not working in our room, and the door is really complicated to lock but they says it’s normal because it’s old, really unsafe, thief or the monkeys could easily come in. The place might have been nice 15 years ago now it’s chaos! However the place is nice with nice view from the beach to walk on (no seats on the beach by the hotel) I would recommend to visit from a day tour only! Avoid this place at all costs, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere that actually values their guests’ health and trust. Here are the real pictures!!!
