The rooms at Shangri-La Hotel are incredibly comfortable and cozy. The service is attentive and warm. With SM Mall and Shangri-La Mall nearby, shopping and dining are very convenient.

The staff are friendly and hospitable. They allowed us for an early check in. The room was great, comfy bed. The Breakfast was superb. 9.5/10 The pool was not heated, but we had a great time with the slide and the kiddie pool.

First off, I want to clarify that I have no prejudice or ill intent with my comments. After checking in, my room's bathroom constantly emitted a body odor, similar to body odor. As I'm very sensitive to this smell, I tried to cover it with perfume, but it didn't help. So, for two days, every time I went to the bathroom, that smell was there. The cleaning staff even tried using air freshener, but it persisted 🤥. I also noticed this smell in the lounge area upstairs where I had drinks. I'm extremely sensitive to this odor, and it really bothered me. It seems aromatherapy products are not widely used in this hotel. On a positive note, my child really enjoyed the hotel pool. The service was very friendly. The hotel has a convenient direct corridor access to the shopping mall.

Always a pleasure staying here! Though at the moment, they have a construction going on by the pool area. You can still use the kiddie pool and the big pool. My son loved the big slide! The extra single bed wasn’t very comfortable though. The afternoon tea (2-4pm) and cocktails (5-7pm) at the club lounge is delicious and the service is excellent! The hotel is also conveniently located beside Shangrila Plaza.
