Wanfei International Hotel

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, especially the front desk service which was excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean. Highly recommended.

This was my first time in Kashgar, and I brought my parents and uncle, so we booked three rooms. It far exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the room facilities were brand new, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. We could get to the East and West gates of the Old City by taxi for the minimum fare, so the location was just right. After exploring the Old City, I was glad we chose this spot, as it avoided the most crowded central areas. In the evenings, it was also a short walk to Renmin West Road, where the local pedestrian and food streets are located.

The room was very clean with a faint, pleasant scent. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete, and the room even had a humidifier. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a delivery robot for takeaways which is really convenient. Highly recommended!

This stay was excellent. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no strange smells even in the corners, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were patient and friendly, making check-in and check-out quick. When I needed a new bathrobe during my stay, a staff member came promptly with attentive and thorough service. I slept very soundly at night, and the location was convenient for getting around and dining. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it first for my next stay.

This hotel absolutely deserves a five-star rating! First off, the cleanliness is impeccable. The room floors, bathroom countertops, and washing areas were all spotless. The towels and bathrobes were clean and odor-free, showing how much care the housekeeping staff puts in daily. The front desk staff are highly professional, polite, and gentle. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and check-in/check-out procedures were efficient with no queues. During my stay, I requested a change of bathrobes, and they responded very quickly with excellent service. The room had great natural light, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which led to excellent sleep quality. The surrounding area has plenty of shops and convenient transportation, making it easy for both business and daily commutes. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with great attention to detail. You can ask the front desk directly for more water if needed. The check-in process was smooth, and any issues were handled promptly. The hotel also has its own car service, which you can book for airport transfers. Across from the restaurant, there are dried fruits and sour plum juice available for guests to help themselves to while waiting to check in.

The hotel was pretty good. I really liked the audio-visual king room. Didn't try the breakfast. Ordering takeout was very convenient. It's not too far from the ancient city entrance; you can get there by shared e-scooter. It was quiet and not crowded, so quite comfortable. The airport pick-up service was great!

The room was clean and odor-free! What really stood out was the friendly staff who would proactively check if I needed anything. I didn't book breakfast because I made a last-minute reservation, but the hotel provided it complimentary!

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. The hotel environment is excellent, situated in the middle of a local residential area in Kashgar, making it quite quiet. It's also very convenient for dining and shopping. The room facilities are complete, featuring smart guest control, and the pillows are very comfortable. The room's cleanliness is superb; the bathroom, desk, and floor were spotless. Service response was prompt, and the overall experience was great. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling.
