Li River Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Scenic Spot)

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation as one of Asia's top 100 scenic hotels! The location is absolutely fantastic, right within the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas are directly outside the entrance, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and a bustling food street. The overall environment is high-end, clean, and stylish. Our room had a private balcony, and the moment you opened the door, you were greeted with stunning views. The Cloud Restaurant and Starlight Lounge on the top floor offer panoramic views, and the Twin Pagodas look especially beautiful against the sunset in the afternoon. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and they even had authentic Guilin rice noodles. The service was also excellent; any request was promptly attended to. A truly great experience!

The views are unbeatable! Our room faced the Twin Pagodas directly, and the rooftop lounge offered panoramic views of them. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xiangshan Scenic Area and West Street. As soon as we parked, a hotel staff member came to help with our luggage, bringing it straight to our room. The service was excellent, and the mini-fridge drinks were refillable. The cold rice noodles at breakfast were delicious.

The restaurant has a beautiful view, perfect for watching the sunset. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. I truly love staying at this hotel because it's convenient for everything. It's close to Elephant Trunk Hill, making it easy to get to any attraction. You can see the Sun and Moon Pagodas from outside or even from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Guilin. My kids also loved playing at the hotel! 💕

The room was spacious enough for three adults and one child, and everyone had their own separate beds, so we all slept very well. There were many children's toys and a tent in the room, which was a really thoughtful touch. Right outside the door is the Sun and Moon Pagodas, perfect for an evening stroll, and convenient for travel photography. I especially loved the sauna on the top floor!

Five stars across the board! The service was incredibly attentive. They helped us with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car, and we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and late check-out. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the balcony view was unbeatable – we could enjoy the Twin Towers directly from our room's balcony. The restaurant offers first-class lake and mountain views, and all the pictures are genuine. The breakfast quality was excellent too; we each finished a bowl of the delicious rice noodles. They even recommended local rice noodle and milk tea shops, and the recommended milk tea shop was absolutely amazing!

The room's location is excellent, not far from Elephant Trunk Hill and Dongxi Alley. You can enjoy the views from the balcony, and the room itself is spacious with a very practical layout, including a dedicated walk-in closet. The hotel staff were all incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even went out of their way to give us directions when we were heading out.

This hidden gem of a hotel deserves a special shout-out! The staff upgraded us to a suite, and the location and view were absolutely superb, with the Sun and Moon Pagodas right before our eyes. The hotel facilities, service, and cleanliness were all perfect. My kids couldn't stop raving about it. It's definitely our top choice, thumbs up! 👍

The location is excellent, right by the river. Although the room was large, the view was obstructed. However, the view from the rooftop restaurant's observation deck was fantastic, with the Twin Towers right in front of us. Especially the sunset dinner we had on the rooftop restaurant the next evening – the view and atmosphere were perfect, the food tasted great, and the price was reasonable. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The hotel butler added me on WeChat in advance and was very friendly and responsive. The hotel restaurant served surprisingly delicious food. It's also very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, just a 10-minute walk, and I took some photos of the Sun and Moon Pagodas along the way. After 10 PM, the butler sister recommended the bar on the 8th floor for a drink, which was very pleasant with the views outside the window. When we left, my child forgot a small item in the room, and I had almost given up hope, but I casually asked the butler, and they actually found it!
