Payaa Hotel

I've stayed here 3 times already and have been impressed every time. The service and staff are excellent, very friendly and always smiling. What's more, you get to use the room for 24 hours. I checked in at 11 PM and checked out at 3 PM because I was moving to another place. I had breakfast at 12 PM, combining breakfast, brunch, and lunch into one meal, and you can order as much as you like. Breakfast: The breakfast here is incredibly good value and delicious. It's à la carte with unlimited ordering. I highly recommend the Smoked Salmon Wasabi – two pieces are never enough! And the Zaru Soba, the cold soba noodles, are absolutely delicious.

It took me a few days to choose a hotel, and this one truly exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic hotel that perfectly blends spaciousness and practicality; even the bottle opener was cleverly integrated, and these little details really impressed me. The water pressure in the room was stable, and there was plenty of hot water. Since I was traveling with my parents, I was particularly concerned about hygiene and noise, so I specifically communicated with the hotel in advance to request quiet, adjoining rooms. I had read reviews mentioning a bar next door and was worried about noise, but it was actually quite alright overall. Perhaps it's a bit older now and doesn't get many visitors. For those sensitive to noise, I'd recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to request a room that's not directly facing the bar. This will definitely be my top choice when I visit Pattaya again. All my feedback is genuine, and my parents also raved about the hotel's environment, service, and breakfast.

The hotel has a stylish design and a convenient location. However, the room lighting is too dim, and the low ceiling creates a cramped feeling. The noise from the nearby bar kept me awake every night.

The food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the system where check-out was 24 hours after check-in, which gave me plenty of time to relax. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

A beautiful hotel just like in the pictures. However, it's a shame that the noise from the bar next door carries on until late at night. Also, the electrical outlets are a bit difficult to plug into.

We booked a room with breakfast included, which cost around a few tens of yuan per person. The hotel's breakfast buffet was very simple, just congee and salad. Every time, a staff member would bring a menu over for 450 baht. Perhaps due to the language barrier, we thought we had to pay extra, so we didn't order. All six of us just had some salad. The next day, we found out that à la carte ordering was actually included, and the ordered items were quite substantial and excellent value for money. It's also very close to the beach, about two to three hundred meters away, and convenient to both the pier and the bus station.

The hotel has a beautiful design and is very clean. All the staff provide excellent service. You can request as much complimentary bottled water for your room as you need. There's no musty smell anywhere. The swimming pool and rooftop are clean. It's about a 500-meter walk from the hotel to the beach, which isn't too far. Most importantly, the hotel's breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of choices. My mom particularly loved the chicken congee!

The hotel's entrance wasn't very obvious; the car that brought us even drove past it. Traveling with family, one downside was that the hotel insisted on charging extra for children. We paid over 300 baht for two days, which included an extra bed and breakfast. Other two hotels didn't charge, but this one insisted. The Thai-style decor was generally clean. Breakfast was served until 4 PM, and while the variety wasn't huge, it was decent. The rooftop pool was alright. However, Pattaya traffic is just terrible. Getting a taxi was incredibly difficult due to the congestion, and we even missed our flight to Bangkok because of it. The traffic was that bad.

Flexible check-in time, excellent location, easy access to everywhere. The place is tidy and clean. Would stay again.
