Capella Bangkok

Nestled on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, Capella Bangkok is a tranquil oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, boasting both stunning views and a prime location. The guest rooms, all facing the river, are elegantly designed, and the service is meticulously attentive, creating an overall atmosphere of understated luxury. The dining is consistently excellent, with a rich and varied breakfast spread, and the spa experience is wonderfully relaxing. The hotel offers a private shuttle boat daily for convenient transport, and the Living Room is accessible to guests at all times for a relaxing drink. With its diverse and thoughtfully arranged activities, it provides guests with an exclusive, high-end, and stylish space and ambiance.

The privacy here is excellent. You need a card to access the check-in area, and there's a designated waiting area for guests outside. When checking in, they offer a soft drink menu and snacks! Upon arrival, you're greeted with welcome champagne, fruit, and more snacks. The pool is uncrowded, perfect for a refreshing swim. The breakfast is absolutely delicious – a must-try! For getting around, there's a speedboat that takes you directly to IconSiam across the river.

The room design is well-thought-out, and there's a large balcony perfect for lounging and enjoying the view. The hotel's facilities, like the pool and yoga classes, are also excellent. The most convenient feature is the yacht service, which runs hourly from morning till night, shuttling guests to and from Iconsiam shopping center. This truly lets you experience the Thai style of life, traveling by boat! The only area for improvement is breakfast; the variety is a bit limited, especially for Thai specialties, but there are many different ways to cook eggs, some of which are quite unique and delicious.

The experience was really good, and they even had desserts every day. My boyfriend bought some strawberries from outside, and the hotel helped wash and arrange them. The only downside is that they don't really offer Chinese-speaking services; it seemed like only one girl at the front desk could speak Chinese.

This is my second stay, and it's as good as ever. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming and even offer Chinese-speaking service. The rooms are very spacious, and all the facilities are brand new. There are so many great restaurants just downstairs. I'm extremely satisfied.
