Fair House Villas & Spa, Koh Samui

Beautiful looking hotel, quiet and relaxed but also just a short scooter ride away from Fisherman’s village. For everyone confused about the beach situation: there is a long bit of beach by the hotel. The hotel itseld doesn’t have beds on the beach itself, however, the beds are just above and around the pool area that overlooks the beach. If you wanna lay on the beach, in the morning there is high tide so you won’t be having much sand to lay on, still good for a swim. In the afternoon/evening there is low tide so you can put your towel down easily.

Disappointed experience and the photos they put is not the same for the beach area and the garden for the villa

The sunset room was amazing well worth the money with fantastic views directly from your bed over the sea to the sunset. It was too hot to use a hot tub but the large balcony with sunbeds was great to chill and watch the day fade into the sea Nice touch with the bed decorations for our Honeymoon.

I’ll start to say that the overall stay was nice, beautiful resort, nice view, well located. But a few things important to relate, the bed was very hard, mattress uncomfortable, pillows flat, bed sheets old. After 5 nights spent there, both my gf and I suffered from back pain. Then the socket on the bed side table was broken, on our last night, the water stopped when I was right in the middle of showering and the toilets were clogged from time to time. Lastly there was way too much chlorine inside our private pool.
