Somerset Palace Seoul

The bedding was clean and comfortable. It was great to see the Jogyesa Temple lotus lanterns from the room. There are many good restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to Insadong, which is a plus.

Great hotel located near Seoul's main shopping district. The breakfast was good, and the fitness center was large. There's also a beautiful rooftop garden where you can find some peace and quiet with views of the surrounding skyscrapers.

The location near Anguk Station was fantastic and very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast also offered a good variety of options.

Great location, spacious room with a kitchen and washing machine, palace view from the room, and the option to take breakfast to go. They brought an extra blanket upon request. The staff were friendly. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is very handy. What I didn't like: The elevators couldn't handle the traffic, and the windows were dirty (which spoiled the view). The room lacked a shoehorn and kitchen towels. The breakfast selection was very meager; if you don't eat Korean food, there were very few options. The rooftop pool was not working. Overall it was good, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again for the price.

The room was clean and the surrounding area was nice. Transportation was also convenient.

I stayed here because I had to visit the embassy. I had been eyeing this place before, so I went with high expectations. They even upgraded me to a spacious room! As soon as we entered, my son loved it, saying it felt like home. It was truly so comfortable, warm, and pleasant. It even had a dryer and a full kitchen like a pension, but it was a hotel. The breakfast was simple but delicious and refined. I absolutely recommend it!
