Sofitel Guiyang Hunter

I was very satisfied with this stay, and I must particularly commend the concierge staff. Upon arrival, they proactively opened the door and helped with my luggage, showing warmth and politeness. When I asked about walking routes to the Old Town attractions, the concierge patiently explained and even thoughtfully suggested an itinerary, which was very professional. The hotel's location is superb, connected to Hunter Mall, and within walking distance of several historical sites and snack streets. The 55th-floor lobby offers expansive views, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was having to switch elevators to get to the guest rooms. Overall, the service quality is excellent, making travel and sightseeing very convenient. For anyone visiting Guiyang's Old Town, this hotel offers great accessibility, and the exceptional concierge service significantly enhanced my stay. Highly recommended.

Location: Near Jiaxiu Tower, offering a panoramic view of the bustling city. The night and day views are both stunning. Although it's in a lively area, it's surprisingly quiet. Service: The staff are very professional and enthusiastic. Breakfast is also excellent. Facilities: The decor is well done, grand and luxurious.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered breathtaking views, allowing me to admire the 'Forest City' scenery just by sitting by the window. Janice at the hotel provided meticulous and warm service, proactively offering help and working efficiently, and Lyla was also very thoughtful. Located right above Hunter Plaza, it's incredibly convenient for shopping and trying Guiyang's special snacks. The room was clean and quiet, with complete facilities. The captivating high-altitude views coupled with the heartwarming service significantly boosted my travel happiness. The high-floor views are truly impressive, and the city lights at dusk create a wonderful ambiance. It's also very close to attractions like Jiaxiu Tower. The room decor was elegant, making for a very comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. Jiaxiu Tower, Qingyun Street, and Minsheng Road are all within walking distance (during this summer trip, taxis to popular attractions were very congested, and there were no shared bikes in the city center, so being able to walk to attractions was crucial). The high-altitude view is fantastic, and you can see Jiaxiu Tower at night. The service was thoughtful and attentive; Janice and Lisa were very responsive, and Janice even proactively recommended local food. The toiletries were Lanvin, and the scent was very pleasant; they even gave me extra. Both breakfast and the buffet were plentiful. For breakfast, there were local Guizhou specialties like Tofu Yuanzi, Cuisao, pork noodles, and potato slices, as well as crepes, French toast, and waffles that the kids loved. Dinner was also very rich. Since I was traveling with two kids during the summer, the comfortable stay and good food made it feel like great value for money. It's a shame I was in a rush to leave and didn't have time to pick up the souvenir, which is a bit disappointing.

Checked into Sofitel Guiyang Hunter and my experience far exceeded expectations. Janice from Guest Relations provided excellent service; she was attentive to guest needs, proactively offered travel suggestions, and patiently answered all questions. Her service was both meticulous and warm. The hotel boasts a prime location in the city center, and rooms on higher floors offer expansive views. From up high, you get panoramic vistas of the city and the Nanming River, with the nighttime lights creating a fantastic ambiance. The French-inspired decor is full of quality. The superb views, convenient location, and the thoughtful service from the Guest Relations team left me thoroughly satisfied. I could even see Jiaxiu Tower from my hotel room, and it was a short, convenient walk to both Jiaxiu Tower and Minsheng Road!

Having stayed at Zhenbo and Sheraton in Guiyang, Sofitel Guiyang truly offers the best experience. The room design is very distinctive, with a super large balcony boasting excellent views. The unique design of the bathroom space on the balcony is spacious and private, making it very comfortable. The family room setup is cozy, and the complimentary desserts delighted the children. The food at the executive lounge is also great and well-prepared. You can even see Jiaxiu Tower directly from there. The cleanliness is also impeccable. It's definitely the best hotel in Guiyang.

She proactively offered to connect with us, gave us an introduction to the scenic views, and thoughtfully recommended local attractions and authentic dining spots. She was gentle and patient throughout. We also experienced their 57 Cloud Buffet restaurant, where the attention to detail truly showcased their five-star service standard. The hotel's location is exceptional, right above Hunter Plaza, and within walking distance of Jiaxiu Tower and Minsheng Road Food Street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The stunning cloud-top scenery combined with attentive and thoughtful service added many wonderful memories to our Guiyang trip!

The service at Sofitel is indeed quite good. They arranged for me to have a room with a view of Jiaxiu Tower. Janice at the front desk even prepared fruits and a travel guide during check-in. The room view is excellent, and the hotel lobby design is very grand. As for the location, it couldn't be more convenient.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby offers complimentary drinks, which were delicious. You can capture beautiful night views of the Jiaxiu Tower from the hotel, as it's located on a high floor providing excellent panoramic night city views. It's also very convenient for shopping nearby, and quite close to the Minsheng Road snack street.
