The Ashbrook Hotel

There is only street parking. Deal breaker was the fact music blared from the bar until 10pm and was all I could hear in my room. No staff was on site, and no staff responded to voicemails, texts, or emails to try and rectify the situation.

No elevator we were on 3rd floor. Ceiling was a little low. Parking great. Communication for keyless entry was good

Know that it's not so much a "hotel" as a VRBO-style room. Sometimes finding someone on staff (for ice, extra towels, body wash ran out, coffee pods) could be a bit of a challenge. When we did, however, find staff to assist, they were VERY helpful! There is a restaurant on site (that was exceptional, by the way) is not always open (like Mondays and Tuesdays). That could be a seasonal thing??

Restored classic mansion with many nice design touches in a walkable historic neighborhood in Kentucky’s capital. Lovely suite and great common areas too.

Amazing hotel, clean, friendly staff, historic, and central to many different locations in downtown historic Frankfort!

Staff was very friendly, called and confirmed my booking and they upgraded my room for free. Atmosphere was awesome and the restaurant downstairs had delicious food. Wish I was staying longer so I could explore all the little nooks and crannies of this place. Will be staying here again. If you like the classic southern Kentucky feel this is the place to go.

Great location with a comfortable bed. It could use a chair. Very clean and comfortable.

Fabulous is the word for this hotel + restaurant + bar! Extremely accommodating as well as making me feel as if I were at a boutique hotel. Ate dinner on the first night and was sent to the moon over the incredibly delicious meal. Bar was fantastic and the bartender had some azaing creations. They all helped me with any questions since this was my first trip to Kentucky.
