Courtyard Hartford Farmington

The room was neat and the staff were so nice. Whatever I needed seemed to take priority over any other tasks.

Room was fine but chilly upon arrival. Some hotels prepare rooms for guests. When I asked the morning concierge ( grey haired lady) for a print out of expenses for my stay she was brusque - “we don’t have that. Contact *******.” Lack of people skills?

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was good enough. Room wasn’t properly stocked with coffee or creamer, so if you rely on that check first. I had 4 packs of Decaf and no creamer.

Very thin walls and ceilings. Could clearly hear everyone above below and next door. Not so pleasant to hear foot traffic above very late and early, but worse to hear people in the bathroom!

The hotel was clean, quiet and beds comfortable. However, the hotel and room had an odor —perhaps from cleaning products. It smelled like the hotel needed a good airing out. It wasn’t highly offensive—just not fresh smelling. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay/-the view from our room was amazing!!

Courtyard by Marriott Farmington is a great hotel. The hostess was very nice and informative. The room was clean and had a deodorant scent that was pleasant. The room had a fridge, microwave, and a cooler/heater controlled by a wall thermostat which helps to easily keep the room comfortable. There was a sofa and desk with a rollaway table that fit under the desk to leave more room space. The bath was nice and the shower delivered good water pressure and conveniently had built in soap and shampoo dispensers. The parking was easy and the grounds clean. I recommend this hotel and will be back.

Very nice room, nice little pool, friendly staff. Good location for shopping!

Nice Location, But Restless Night Unfortunately, our stay at the Courtyard was not enjoyable. We had people stomping above us all night, and the walls were so thin we could hear someone singing and playing guitar for hours. We were hoping for a good night’s rest but got the opposite. The location is great, but that’s about the only positive thing we can say about our experience.

Liked the small pool. Felt like I had a lot of privacy, as no one was there. Loved the bed! And the couch was very nice. All the concierges were polite and very nice. I forgot my wallet on the couch in the lobby, and was immediately called on my room phone that they had found it. Very nice shower, loved how big the tub was. I give u a guys 4 stars, my only complaint is the room smelled very bad stemming from the for the duration of the stay.
