Station Inn Pawling

The room was very clean! Very little room lighting. Impressed with the remote curtains in the room The one drawback was there was no mini frig in the room. Small one in the hallway which you would have to share with the rest of the guests on this floor. Will definitely book again!!!

It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.

Great location, just right in the middle of the little downtown area. You are just a few stops from stores, art gallery several restaurants. My favorite was the Pawling Coffee Roasters. This place really could not have been better. The beds are so soft it was hard to get up. Really nice shower with great water pressure. They have a cute little tea and water station/nook, which I found especially handy. The directions on finding and accessing the place we're very clear. I have zero sense of direction and was surprised with the ease of locating. I will tell you, as the name implies there is a train close by. I am a light sleeper so I thought maybe I'll need ear plugs( provided of course). But found I slept so well I didn't need them. Anyway can't go wrong here.

The Station Inn was the perfect place to stay. We were going to a concert at Daryl’s house, and the inn was only a few minutes drive to the venue. Self entry was easy to both the property and our room. Room was immaculate, comfortable, and very spacious. Would highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and the furnishings were high quality. The room was small but it was perfect for my needs. The parking was not conventional but it worked. The town is cute. I enjoyed breakfast at a local place. I’d stay there again.
