Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The ambience and service were perfect. All the guests were served hot cocoa and a hot towel while we were checking in. I also upgraded my room from King to Deluxe since the latter was available earlier than the checkin time at 2pm, and I was weary after my sleeper train ride. No regrets upgrading for the bathtub! Also booked myself a spa - the signature massage and jade facial and Mo, my masseuse, made me feel so relaxed I almost fell asleep. The signature massage also included a 25mins soak in the herbal bath before the 60mins massage. I also spent my entire first day in the hotel, enjoying the food at Chic and cosying up in bed while the weather was foggy outside. On my last day after checking out and exploring around the town, I came back to enjoy my last meal at Chic before departing for Hanoi. Thank you so so much to all the staff as well for making my stay so enjoyable 🥰

This hotel has a fantastic strategic location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We were immediately impressed by the grand, magnificent decor, and the staff were consistently friendly and polite. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Despite a seemingly wide variety, the flavors were underwhelming and the menu offered little change day-to-day. In fact, after three nights, we ended up just eating from the pho station. With an improvement to the food quality, our experience would have been flawless.

Absolutely amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole! The design is stunning — elegant French style mixed with Sapa’s mountain charm. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The indoor heated pool is one of the most stunning I’ve ever seen, with a breathtaking mountain view that makes you never want to leave. Perfect location in the center of Sapa, close to restaurants and attractions. Truly a luxurious and unforgettable experience!

We had an excellent stay for just one night. Our room was 555. The only issue we have is the soundproofing is not very good. We could hear noises coming from the next room.  Every corner of the hotel is Instagram worthy. I took so many pictures of the hotel.  After our swim, we bathed in the restrooms located in the swimming pool. And we were surprised to find that the used bath robes were taken away from our room and replaced with new ones when we came back from our dinner outside. Such good service.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel de la Coupole. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed.
