房間很舒適！窗外夜景很美！點餐送到房間的美食很可口，尤其喜歡跟芝麻醬的芒果蝦沙拉！前台和禮賓部的服務很熱情周到，特別值得一提的是Felix Wang。雖然年紀很輕，但考慮很周到。一句“您知道要去乘機的是幾號客運大樓嗎？”把我問住了，他就主動幫我在App上找航班訊息。由於我要乘坐的達美航班是頭一天被取消了的，國內Apps，無論是攜程還是飛常準上居然都找不到我的DL9910航班訊息！Felix就又幫我打達美的服務熱線詢問，終於得知是T1客運大樓，避免了我這剛升級做奶奶的人走彎路！非常感謝Felix Wang! 也高度推薦這家酒店：上海浦東機場假日酒店！

真的很難評，服務確實非常好，從前台到餐廳，到客房服務都很棒；早餐也非常豐富，是超預期的好~還有大堂吧的歡迎飲料也很好但是吧，這個佈局確實是短板，從電梯到我的房間走廊轉了兩個彎。我感覺至少有一百米~而且目測還有很多房間比我的還要遠最後實在讓人失望的是房間的遮光簾，新開業的高科技自動窗簾竟然中間留了一個二十公分的縫隙。晚上到酒店已經很晚了，沒有在意就睡了，想説有個難得空閑的早上可以多睡一會~結果七點不到就被陽光叫醒了。希望可以快點修好，下一位客人不要再體驗免費叫醒服務了。

Location was super convenient if you need to catch an early flight. It’s linked to the airport terminals - just go to level 2 and follow the signs. Rooms are new and spacious. Service was great as well. Highly recommend!
