Holiday Inn SHANGHAI PUDONG AIRPORT by IHG

Wonderful check-in experience! Sylvia at the front desk was warm, attentive, and very professional. The hotel is also very close to the airport terminal, within walking distance! Will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I've stayed here many times. The handsome guys and pretty ladies at the front desk always have a super friendly attitude. Knowing that we have an elderly family member close to 80 with limited mobility, the person in charge at the front desk always goes above and beyond. They arranged for a helpful young man to personally wheel her in a wheelchair to the terminal check-in counter the next morning at 6 AM. Thank you once again!

A hotel close to Pudong Airport. We stayed here the night before our flight so we didn't have to rush in the morning. The room was spacious, with all the latest amenities, and the bathroom was very comfortable. The staff were warm and proactive, making us feel right at home.

Great location, right next to the Pudong Airport terminal. It's a short walk to either Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, making it an absolute lifesaver for early morning flights. The room is very new and spacious, and the bed is super comfortable. The window soundproofing is excellent, so despite being near the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. The staff provided fantastic service. They patiently helped me find my early-delivery packages and kept them safely stored for me. Thank so much! Highly recommended—a 5-star experience.

The hotel is very close to Pudong Airport T1 and easily accessible via a covered walkway. Located right between T1 and T2, it is extremely convenient for layovers or early morning and late-night flights. The front desk staff were warm and hospitable, proactively helping to upgrade the room type and arrange a better room location. Even though it's directly across from the terminal, it was surprisingly quiet at night.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel staff are also friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the food is fantastic. Whether you have an early flight or are just transiting through Pudong, this is a great choice.

Super convenient location, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and polite, and the room was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious. Highly recommended for travelers needing a layover or an early morning flight. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.
