Harbour Square Suites

A staff member contacted me before my arrival and was responsive and very helpful. The room is clean and spacious, and the keyless entry means I don’t have to worry about losing my key. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Deluxe Suite Garden stay with large group Recently stayed in the Deluxe Suite Garden. Overall, had a great experience. great location! The courtyard was peaceful, quiet relaxing atmosphere where we enjoyed coffee or snacks. One major plus was the bar next door—it was easily accessible, the staff was friendly, and both the food and drinks were excellent. The suite itself was very spacious and featured an open-concept loft design. Having 2 ½ bathrooms, with sinks located outside in the hallway, was extremely helpful for our larger group, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. We appreciated that towels were provided on each bed upon check-in, and linens for the pull-out sofas were already in the ottoman. That said, the sofa beds were a bit of a downside. One of them was slightly crooked and leaned to one side, and the mattress wasn’t in the best condition, had a few stains. We made do by layering extra sheets, but a cleaner mattress or fixed pull out base would have made a big difference. We also experienced some difficulty reaching staff in the office—we had to stop by multiple times before finding someone to help us with fresh towels. The same happened when we had questions about check-out. However, once we did connect with staff, they were friendly and helpful. On check-out day, they even allowed us to store our luggage in the office so we could explore a bit more before leaving. Overall, despite a few very minor inconveniences, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. would stay here again!

Great location The room was spacious. The shower was somewhat small. Parking the golf cart was never a problem and you can't beat the location.

Perfect location in the heart of put-in-bay. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars and they had parking for our car & rented golf cart, and they charge for parking just one block away. Very spacious accommodations, perfect size for a group of 5 of us. It can get loud, especially being above a bar, so if that can bother you then maybe look elsewhere. For us though, we felt things closed early enough to enjoy the stay and have a blast.

Stay was ok...storm came in and the ceiling in our room started leaking while we were sitting on tge bar stolls and then the plaster from the ceiling fell on us as well...manager would only refund $50 ans i felt that wasnt fair plus the couch fold out mattress was disgusting

Perfect Girls weekend was great for this stay. We were comfy, perfect AC temps in the room, bathroom was small but still worked for 6 of us. More than enough space and sleep room! Highly recommend !!

Firstly, the staff seemed nice. However, there were just a number of things that were off. The office wasn’t clearly marked, knocked on a number of doors and ended up having to call for them to open up. The room had a dirty towel and dirty underwear in the closet. Both rooms had cobwebs in the lamps next to the bed, some of them weren’t plugged in. The shower had mold along the edges where your hands go as you go in and out. The windows haven’t been cleaned in a while as evident by the dead bugs and black specs of something. There is a random door in one bedroom that looks like an emergency exit, but it should have some lock that the guest can use to feel like someone can’t just walk in. Yes, it has a key, but not something that we have but someone else we don’t know. It felt off. It wasn’t clear for the checkout time because it said between 11 and 12 so I went to the office to ask at ~10:05 and they told me it was 10. I was visibly annoyed and said it was between 11 and 12 and they told me it would be fine and that they would clean later. Just say 10, 11 or 12. Don’t give a range. I had called the office many times from my room the night before they closed and no one ever answered me or called me back. The WiFi instructions had the wrong details. No one ever helped. We wore socks the entire time we were there because when you would take a shower and your towel would get on the floor. The towel would turn dark because the floor was dirty. Everyone seemed nice tho.

Group stay Put In Bay Fun little stay in Put In Bay for a large group. The front desk was very helpful and the location was great. The stairs up to the unit were a little rough, especially in the heat, and more golf cart space is definitely needed.

Weather was great, fun stay, Max at tge front desk went above and beyond, he took us to the ferry when we couldn't get one. Highly recommend.
