The hotel's location and service were quite good, but the soundproofing in the rooms was absolutely terrible. If you happen to get some inconsiderate guests next door who are drinking and arguing late into the night, you can forget about sleeping! Plus, whenever someone flushes the toilet in any of the surrounding rooms, the sound of the pipes is shockingly loud!

1. The staff were super friendly and the service was impeccable. 2. Getting around: There's a BTS station right downstairs, which is pretty convenient. But since it's in the city center, taking a taxi is a nightmare because of the traffic! 3. Location: There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and nearby, a Big C right next door, and it's walking distance to CentralWorld and Siam Paragon. Really can't beat it! 4. Breakfast was so good, I ate it like brunch!!!!!

Very nice hotel with courteous staff from check in, concierge, restaurant to house keeping ladies. Within a stone throw to so many iconic places malls etc and BTS station linkways and bridges. Had a sheltered aircon linkway to Gayson mall via the Intercontinental hotel next door from the poolside. Good breakfast selection and great coffee! Will be back for sure the next time round!

Stayed from Friday to Sunday. We chose this hotel because it offers a smoking room for my boyfriend, which was convenient. The reception and staff were respectful and accommodating, and we appreciated them asking if we had luggage to bring to our room. Breakfast had plenty of choices, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, close to the BTS and Big C, making it easy to get around. You can also book airport transport directly from the hotel. We didn’t get to try the facilities this time, but hopefully we can explore them on our next stay.
