I absolutely love staying here! I booked a room for seven days last time and I'm back again. The cleaning lady is super nice (the one on the 14th floor) and I enjoy chatting with her. Plus, the water here is from Quanyangquan, which feels incredibly familiar and comforting for a Jiliner living in Beijing. My favorite dish at the Northeastern restaurant downstairs is the stewed green beans – absolutely delicious!

From my room window, I had a breathtaking, unobstructed view of the city's night skyline. 2. **Cleanliness & Details:** The bedding felt as if it were brand new, and there wasn't a single stain in the bathroom tile grout – I could comfortably walk barefoot on the floor! The housekeeping staff even tidied up my scattered clothes daily, which was a fantastic touch. 3. **Service Experience:** The front desk attendant proactively upgraded my room and even provided a welcome fruit basket! When I needed a band-aid in the middle of the night, it was delivered to my room in just 3 minutes – incredibly fast response time. 4. **Facilities & Amenities:** The gym was well-equipped, and the pool water was a consistent 28℃! The smart toilet and electric curtains in the room were incredibly convenient, and even the hairdryer was a Dyson – truly an exceptional experience.

There is no way this is a 5 diamond hotel. Everything is old and outdated. Staffs seems unhelpful and not smile at all. It is in a location that is rough and a factory site. I think all the reviews are fake .
