JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach

The hotel's location is excellent, but the lobby is small and dark. The room itself was dim and basic. Breakfast was decent, but the service was really mediocre.

Facilities: Abundant and perfect for a vacation. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The rooftop relaxation area and infinity pool are fantastic. Service: All the staff are friendly and patient.

The room was very spacious, and with an extra bed, it comfortably accommodated two adults and two children. It's located in the business center, very convenient to the subway. The best part was the attentive customer service; they even noticed my child's glasses and left glasses wipes. They also provided a generous amount of mineral water daily. Housekeeping came twice, once in the morning and once in the evening. It was very clean and comfortable. The service here is much better and more thorough than Marriotts in China.

This hotel is really great! The service is top-notch. They even heated up our takeout dinner, making it feel like a fancy restaurant meal. The pool is excellent too, and the location is perfect – super convenient for getting around.

Excellent! We had a direct view of the National Day fireworks from the hotel's 18th floor. From the high floor, we could also overlook famous attractions like the Parliament House and the Singapore Art Museum.

We stayed in the family room, and it was pretty good. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient, and the service attitude was great. The family room came with 3 complimentary breakfasts, and children under 12 could eat for free. However, I wouldn't recommend the hotel's buffet; the selection is limited, and it's very expensive. I suggest eating at the nearby food street instead.

So satisfied, and it just kept getting better the longer I stayed. The staff's attitude was excellent, making me feel right at home. The service definitely deserves 5 stars. I'll be back next time!

Our stay was very comfortable in a clean and lovely room. The entrance is beautifully designed and very exciting. We also enjoyed relaxing in the room with the TWG tea bags provided.
