I booked the JW Marriott Singapore through Trip.com. Despite holding the Marriott Bonvoy Elite Platinum membership for many years, the hotel refused to honor the corresponding Platinum Elite benefits.
The price on Trip.com appeared lower than that on the Marriott Bonvoy app, and this was later found to be because Trip.com’s listing excluded costs for inclusions like daily breakfast, executive lounge access, and other elite perks. When questioned, the front desk stated that 3rd party booking agents like Trip.com are granted better pricing privileges than what is offered to Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members directly.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this Marriott was so disappointing I felt compelled to share. Over my 5-night stay in Singapore, the other hotels were perfectly fine, but this Marriott was bafflingly poor.
The interior design feels like a budget motel, and the "lobby" is nothing more than a hallway. They've awkwardly tried to copy the modern, separated check-in desk trend, and it just doesn't work. In the room, the smart toilet made a constant, loud noise that was impossible to turn off.
To make matters worse, breakfast is in a separate building. The restroom there, unbelievably, has no A/C, making it feel like a public toilet at a gas station. The staff showed little to no emotion, and the chef at the noodle station was especially sour-faced.
Considering the subpar facilities and service, the price is unjustifiably high. I will not be returning.
我一般不评论，这次新加坡住了5晚，几个酒店体验都还行，却被万豪蠢哭了，装修风格就是快捷酒店，大堂就是一个走廊，还学人家把前台分几段，智能马桶噪音大还关不了，早餐在另外的楼里，去个洗手间竟然没有空调，体验像是加油站的洗手间，工作人员没什么表情，煮粉面的那位更是一直黑着脸。就这种低配，价格竟然还不低。

THE SUITE VERY SPACIOUS AND PLEASANT. BOOKING OF SUITE COMES WITH USAGE OF EXEC LOUNGE WHICH IS WHERE U ALSO GET SNACKS, TEA TIME AND YOUR BREAKFAST IS AT EXEC LOUNGE. THE OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST NOT AS EXCITING AS COMPARED TO THE BREAKFAST BUFFET SPREAD AT THE SOUTH BEACH KITCHEN. BREAKFAST BUFFET OUTSIDE OF EXEC LOUNGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN SUITE BOOKING. BUT DO CHECK WITH HOTEL OR TRIP.COM TO CLARIFY LOCATION OF BREAKFAST IF BOOKING SUITE. HOWEVER, .YOU CAN BOOK A RESERVATION FOR BUFFET BREAKFAST IF YOU WANT A LOVELY HEAVY BREAKFAST SPREAD. MIGHT COST EACH AROUND $60 ++ DO ASK WITH FRONT DESK. ENJOY!!
OVERALL SERVICE AT MARRIOT WAS AS EXPECTED AND NORMAL COULD BE BETTER FOR SUITE BOOKINGS THOUGH.
TRIP.COM SERVICE EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND EFFICIENT IN RESOLVING ISSUES. THANK YOU.

地理位置不錯，附近走5-10分鐘左右有一大片中餐廳，很熱鬧，吃的很多。酒店樓下的餐廳就以日式西式居多，味道好吃的。早餐也OK，中西都有，味道還不錯。
服務挺好，都挺熱情的。
房間就寸土寸金稍微小了點點，攤開一個行李箱之後，基本就沒多少空間了。這次訂的房間沒有浴缸有點可惜。
