I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it. The host treats every guest with such warmth—he prepared a map of local attractions, happily shared recommendations, and made me feel right at home in the city. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was especially thrilled with the shared kitchen, which is a rare find and super convenient. The cozy courtyard with its common area is a true oasis; you honestly won't want to leave the hotel. It's so easy to feel at home here. You can tell the interior was put together with love and attention to detail: a huge library, antiques, cozy touches, and spaces filled with warmth. The hotel is located in the historic center, within walking distance of the main sights. The streets can get a bit dark in the evening, but I felt completely safe and at ease. My solo trip was wonderful. I recommend staying here for at least 3-4 nights to leisurely take in the city and the hotel's unique atmosphere. I loved every bit of it and would gladly return again ☀️

A wonderfully stylish and cozy museum-guesthouse with fascinating collections. Excellent central location amidst historic streets, close to Registan Square and the new park. The rooms are decorated with great style, featuring beautiful antique rugs and paintings. Comfortable mattress and pillows. The host is wonderful, always ready to answer any questions and share fascinating stories about the city's history and the collection. We gladly extended our stay. Superb value for money!

Wonderful guest house with an interesting host. Very clean, and the room comes with an air conditioner and a refrigerator. There is a separate kitchen, a cozy courtyard, and fascinating collections of antiques and paintings. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about it. A cozy guesthouse. Daily housekeeping, and towels were changed every day. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Registan Square. The windows faced the courtyard. The host was very helpful and assisted us with arranging tours.

The host was extremely welcoming and hospitable, and enthusiastically shared their 28-year collection with us upon check-in. The guesthouse is located in a relatively quiet area, and the room is thoughtfully decorated by the owner, making it cozy and comfortable. Highly recommended overall!

Every room is uniquely and lovingly designed, with no two alike. The owner is a historian by training who collects antiques, allowing you to literally touch history... He also thoughtfully provides every guest with a map of the main attractions and helps you get your bearings. The room itself is spacious and comes with all the essentials—toiletries (though perhaps lacking shampoo), and a hair dryer. The bed linens are in great condition, all clean and fresh. The little courtyard is something else—you just want to sit and admire all the little chests and jugs 😻 There is no breakfast served. There is a kitchen if you want to cook something yourself, but I always left early so I didn't need breakfast anyway. Plus, just a few meters away, there's a brand-new temple complex with a park area that is lovely for strolls, especially in the evening when everything is beautifully lit up ☺️

My first and strongest impression of MUSAVVIR was its cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort. The room furnishings were very neat, and the sheets, bedding, and every little detail were immaculately clean. It's clear that the owner has high standards for the guesthouse's hygiene and quality, making for a very reassuring stay. This isn't just an ordinary guesthouse; it's more like a miniature museum. The owner has collected many Soviet-era纪念章 (medals/badges), old photos, radios, and other items, which are rich in historical flavor and characteristic of that era. During my stay, I constantly discovered interesting small details everywhere, making the entire accommodation experience even more special. There's currently a city garden being built right outside MUSAVVIR, and I believe that once the project is completed, the surrounding environment and scenery will be even more beautiful. The transportation here is also very convenient, making it easy to get around or find nearby amenities. What was particularly touching was that when we left, the owner personally helped us carry our luggage to the roadside and even helped us call a ride-hailing car. Such thoughtful and warm service made us feel not just the accommodation itself, but also genuine hospitality. Overall, MUSAVVIR left a very deep and wonderful impression on me. It's clean, comfortable, distinctive, and the owner is warm and attentive. It was a very pleasant stay. If I have the chance to come back here in the future, I will definitely choose to stay again.
