The Bund Puyan Hotel, Shanghai

The Shanghai Bund Puyan Hotel's Nalong Family Room is perfect for kids! The adorable Nalong IP decor creates a fantastic atmosphere, and my child was so excited walking in. The room is spacious, and the large bed is comfortable. The location is superb, right outside the hotel, you can explore the Bund and Nanjing Road. The service was prompt. If you're traveling to Shanghai with kids, this family-friendly room is an excellent choice.

The hotel's location is excellent. From the room window, you can directly see the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers), and the Huangpu River. Both the daytime river view and the nighttime lights are stunning. The hotel is conveniently located next to Metro Lines 2 and 10, making it very easy to travel to and from Hongqiao and Pudong airports. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai who wants to enjoy the Lujiazui skyline. 💗💗💗

The room looks exactly like the pictures, it's spacious with a great view. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the staff at the entrance were also excellent, always greeting us and offering to help with luggage. The front desk was always quick to arrange for the robot to deliver food, no long waits. The room was very clean, highly recommend!

Great location with nice views from the window. It's one of the newer 5-star hotels around the Bund, offering excellent value for money. The hotel doesn't provide straws, and a non-slip mat needs to be requested separately as it's not standard. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The front desk staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) were all very nice and helpful. The hotel room was quite clean, and the bedding and amenities were very comfortable. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. The view was beautiful; you could see a lovely landscape – the night view was especially pretty.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the pedestrian street, just a few minutes' walk away. The subway is also very close, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's concierge service was particularly good, actively helping with our luggage. The front desk even proactively gave a small gift to my child. We stayed for two days, and the experience was great. The soundproofing was a minor issue, but everything else was fantastic! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai.
