Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa

Quite beautiful, and the staff are enthusiastic and friendly. However, the downside is that the bedding felt very damp, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that, the exterior and surroundings are lovely.

It was an absolutely wonderful hotel. There's nothing more to say – it was amazing! I would definitely love to stay here again.

The hotel's location and views are great, very close to Hoi An and the airport. They even have a dedicated shuttle service to Hoi An, which is super convenient for tourists. I got upgraded to a suite during the off-peak season, and the room was really spacious, with the standard Hyatt style and quality bedding. The breakfast was delicious; the pho was incredibly fresh and tasty. While the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained. When I'm traveling, all I really care about is a clean and hygienic hotel, good service, and pleasant scenery.

Honestly, this room isn't worth 1600 RMB a night, but since my friend was holding their wedding here, I had no choice but to stay. The pros: The hotel's location is excellent, with a private beach and beautiful gardens – all top-notch facilities. The cons: The room itself is roughly on par with a more upscale Atour Hotel back home. The bathtub leaked, the toilet seat wobbled every time you sat on it, the ceiling fan switch couldn't be turned off, and the space wasn't very big. Even the slippers were like those disposable paper ones you find in a Home Inn. So, in summary, the room itself isn't worth the price, but the exterior scenery is absolutely stunning and definitely worth it. Check-in at the front desk was very slow, but the service attitude was excellent.
