The location has both pros and cons. It's close to the mountains with lots of trees, which is refreshing and green. The downside of being here is that it takes a very long time to get a Grab if you don't have your own car. If you have an appointment, you need to factor in a lot of waiting time for transportation. The breakfast wasn't very tasty, but the place itself is beautiful. Also, the rooms aren't very soundproof.

The service was great, and they even had kittens and bunnies. The only downside is that to get to Maya, you have to go down a slope, so you'll need to take a taxi. But taxis are quite affordable, around 80 baht.

This hotel has a great atmosphere, like being on a mountain, even though it's in the heart of the city. The breakfast selection is diverse and delicious. The staff provides excellent service. It's perfect for families with children because they can feed rabbits. The rooms are beautiful and clean, offering exceptional value for money.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, not to mention incredibly quiet. The private pool was a pleasant warm temperature in the evenings, perfect for a relaxing dip, and then switched to a refreshing cool temperature during the day. The hotel restaurant was good, and the prices were quite reasonable too.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around very convenient. The rooms are clean and fresh, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, providing attentive service. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short stays, highly recommended.

Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by a fragrant and cozy atmosphere, which put me in a great mood. I brought a shower filter, but it felt unnecessary because everything was impeccably clean throughout my stay. Due to a late-night flight, I requested a late check-out upon arrival. Unfortunately, the room was already booked, and the only option was to add an extra night in a different room. After some consideration, I decided to go for it, and I'm so glad I did! I had a wonderful rest and left at 8 PM. I'd definitely book this place for consecutive nights again. This was a solo trip focused on relaxation and healing, so I spent quite a bit of time at the accommodation. I experienced no discomfort and enjoyed a pleasant and leisurely stay. My entire trip to Chiang Mai left such a good impression that I'm already thinking about going back early next year, and if I do, I'll definitely revisit this accommodation.

This was by far the worst experience I've had staying in Chiang Mai. 1. The hotel bar uses mangoes that are black and clearly not fresh. Eating them would definitely give you an upset stomach. The first round of drinks served had tiny flies in them. Don't they check the quality of their drinks before serving? And then the second round still had bugs in it. 2. When checking out, the front desk informed us that there were stains on the bed sheets and we'd be charged 1300 THB. We had a flight to catch, so why didn't they tell us on the day it happened? Why wait until we were checking out? Furthermore, we repeatedly asked for proof, we wanted to see the bed sheets with our own eyes, but the front desk kept stalling and never brought them out. The service was truly awful, and the breakfast wasn't fresh either. 3. I called the front desk at night to ask if they had any stomach medicine. The front desk said they would call back in a bit, but no one ever did. The service really doesn't meet expectations. And the restaurant? Don't even get me started. If you don't believe me, feel free to try it yourself, haha.

The hotel's design is beautiful and lush. Although the area isn't vast, it has cats and rabbits, which kids love. Breakfast is good, and the bread is delicious.
