The hotel's surroundings are very well-equipped with plenty of dining options. However, the bar downstairs can be a bit noisy at night.

Not much to complain. Able to check in early with a fee. Willing to pay. It was 400bath to check-in at 12pm. Super market and Starbucks just a stone throw away. Booking at trip.com was slightly cheaper than walk-in rate at that time.

The room smelled strongly of sewage, like really, really bad. I've stayed here many times before and the other rooms were fine, but the smell in the room on the second floor was incredibly noticeable.

The staffs are friendly, the room is clean and it is near a big c for easy shopping. It is about 15 mins walk to the famous beef noodles. Overall a good stay.

The location next to Bex isn't bad, but it's a bit far from the MRT station. It would be a nightmare during the rainy season, especially since taxis are guaranteed to get stuck in traffic. Don't expect much from the facilities, as the room rate isn't high, so it's acceptable for a short stay. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you're bringing your girlfriend.

This hotel locates next to Big C Ekkamai branch. Less than 15min walk to Ekkamai BTS station. Very convenient! The hotel itself is giving the lofty vibe (hence, the name of the hotel). Comfortable bedding. Friendly and helpful staff (they have scales to weight your luggages). Unique service available, which is "Free flow" breakfast/snacks and drinks.

To sum up, manger Polly is an amazingly great staff ever, I can vouch. At first, the TV remote is sticky with some weird jelly , and the staff falls to deal with this issue to the manger, so I have needed to repeat the problem over and over. However, it’s really the pleasure and luck to meet with the manager, Polly, Pong, the best of the best manager I see in Thailand. He is very patient to listen my words and do the best to take care of me and the guest’s emotion. I’m very admiring his skills and profession and how he tries to improve my live experience. If u come to Bangkok next time, don’t miss the spirit of the hotel, Polly, out Sincerely. Max
