Came with my children, and the duty manager kindly sent us breakfast for the kids. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant in the evening; the view was great and the food tasted really good. The Bulgari's location and facilities are top-tier in Shanghai. The fact that breakfast is available until 1 AM is a huge advantage. The service was also excellent, with Cecilia being particularly warm and welcoming. My only minor complaint is that while there was a pillow menu, none of the three I tried were particularly comfortable. It would be great if they could add some firmer, thicker pillows in the future.
