the hotel manager lied to me about not having the enough rooms but it turned out she sold our room to others. She made threats to me and called the police to remove me

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. They were very accommodating with my requests. The hotel is extremely clean which is the most important thing and very up to date. My only wish is that they offered complimentary coffee/tea in the lobby. But I would definitely come back in the future

Stayed here for a night before we went to Six flags. Great location for it. The staff were super friendly and nice. The room was very clean and modern. The only downside was how thin the walls are. We could hear everything.

Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean.

The room is spacious and clean. Being on the 1st floor was actually not bad. You couldn't hear the noise from outside. There is a place to sit if you want some fresh air. Overall, i enjoyed my stay.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location for our two family trip to sesame place. Very clean and upscale feeling for a good budget price.

My room was nice with plenty charging receptacles. Bathroom was spacious. Outdoor patio had a nice vibe. Perfect for our purposes but not a walkable location and overlooking fed ex.
