I booked a family room at this resort, hoping to get a perfect getaway. But I was wrong. The room was dated, i mean wayyy dated. No AC in the living room. AC only in the bedrooms. I mean, come on it’s 2026 already and global warming is hitting us on a daily basis. Please put AC in the living room.
One sink at the hallway only have a hot water (my wife nearly burnt her hands from the hot water), the cold water tap was not working.
Next, cleanliness. The headboard for the bed in both rooms are dirty with dust. As if nobody bothered to wipe it off for a few weeks!
The fridge - looks unhygienic. Please take a look at the photos attached.
Plus side - swimming pool was awesome. Walk to the beach was good. Oh, and a lot of staff working on the pool and surroundings. Thats a plus. You should focus on the staff working in the rooms as well.
Furnitures and fittings in the rooms are all old, like it was purchased in 1975. Light bulb in the hall was not working, table lamp has a corrosion, same goes to the corrosion for the shower curtain rod.
FYI, i stayed in room 107 - Family Suite.

Overall, very disappointed stay.
