The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. The breakfast was also delicious. I really like this hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff was beautiful and enthusiastic. They even proactively asked about our needs beforehand! Absolutely excellent! I highly recommend everyone to come and stay here!

Excellent service! Choosing to stay at Hilton Garden Inn on my first day in Kashgar was a smart move. The hotel offers airport pick-up, and I was picked up by a handsome Uyghur gentleman (apologies, I forgot his name) in a Denza D9 (very fancy!). The receptionists are all beautiful and very pleasant to look at! They were also incredibly polite and hospitable, offering local Xinjiang dried fruits. I immediately asked for the address—they were so delicious!!! The hotel is very new, and the service is top-notch; they were always quick to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was plentiful, and I practically cleaned my plate!

The room was clean and well-maintained, and the service was genuinely warm and enthusiastic. Even with the scorching heat outside, the air conditioning inside was stable and reliable, which was a real lifesaver!

On this trip to Kashgar, I accidentally booked the wrong hotel and ended up staying here, but the experience was fantastic. In fact, I liked it so much that I stayed for another three days on my return journey. I travel globally every year and stay in many hotels, and this one absolutely meets the service standards of a 5-star hotel. The front desk staff, in particular, were all incredibly sweet. When I left, they even arranged a business car to take me to the airport. If I ever have the chance to visit Kashgar again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

Highly recommend this hotel! It was the most reliable support throughout my 4-day trip to Kashgar. The location is convenient, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable, spacious, and equipped with smart controls. The service is excellent; the welcome fruit is changed daily, and any reasonable request is promptly and positively addressed. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The shuttle driver is handsome and friendly, and the front desk ladies are beautiful. Most importantly, it offers great value for money. My whole family was very satisfied with this choice, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kashgar.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The service was top-notch, with all staff members being polite, enthusiastic, and proactive in greeting guests. The airport transfer service was excellent; we had a charming Uyghur driver, and for our departure, we enjoyed a private Mercedes SUV transfer to the airport. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Getting to attractions like Kashgar Old City, Gaotai Ancient Homes, and Id Kah Mosque by taxi took about 20 to 30 minutes, so the location is very convenient. Highly recommended!

This hotel offers a fantastic experience. As soon as we entered, the front desk attendant warmly greeted us. Our original room booking was a bit too small, so the front desk kindly upgraded our room. The housekeeping staff was incredibly thoughtful, even helping us with laundry late at night. The hotel is also conveniently located, about a 15-minute taxi ride to Kashgar Old City. There's also a Sichuan restaurant nearby, which was very convenient. The staff provides excellent and attentive service, always ready to help with any issues.
