Hampton by Hilton Kashgar

This hotel 🏨 offers accessible rooms specially designed for seniors 🧓 and people with disabilities. The toilet 🚽 has grab bars, and the shower features a wall-mounted fold-down seat 💺, which was perfect for my mother who has mobility issues. What's more, the staff proactively offered to adjust our room accordingly. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. The breakfast is also very generous, and guests receive a coffee voucher for the coffee shop on the first floor. Both the washing machine and dryer are high-capacity and efficient. The only minor drawback is that it's not super close to the old city, but taxis in Kashgar are convenient and affordable.

Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of delicious options! The Hami melon was very sweet, and the pastries were tasty too! There was a drainage issue in the shower, and it took two calls and over half an hour for someone to come fix it. The work efficiency needs improvement! The coffee at the ground floor coffee shop was very good!

On my solo trip, I must say that the Hilton Garden Inn made me feel right at home. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and polite. The complimentary fruit tea, coffee, and welcome fruit were a lovely touch. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was thoughtful, and the driver was very professional and well-mannered. A special mention goes to the breakfast; the variety was great, with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and it's truly commendable how promptly they refilled dishes at any time. If I come back to Kashgar, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Both the hardware and software are top-notch. The modern decor is luxurious and stylish, and the space is comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing first-class service. The free airport shuttle is reliable. The lobby offers a different complimentary juice each day, and a full range of beverages. The rooms are clean and smart, with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Free laundry and a gym are available, with laundry service provided. The breakfast is excellent, and there's plenty of parking.

The environment is great, clean, and it's a new hotel. They even prepared a fruit platter, which was a really thoughtful touch. We had 3 rooms every day. We just didn't want to leave once we settled in. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby, I just forgot to take photos.

The hotel service was excellent; every front desk and shuttle staff member was polite and enthusiastic. I had booked three separate nights and couldn't get the same room type, but the front desk upgraded my room for all three nights and even helped me extend my stay in the original room, saving me a lot of hassle. They were very considerate of the customer. The breakfast hours were very generous, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food selection is very rich. On the first day, I went at 7:30 AM before breakfast started, but they still kindly packed me a few small breads, which was very thoughtful. The restaurant staff were also very polite and provided great service. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and the shuttle driver was also very polite and proactively helped with my luggage. On the last day, I scheduled an airport transfer for 6 PM, and the hotel even allowed me to extend my room stay until then. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that lets you extend your stay until 6 PM, which is fantastic. The hotel is close to Dongcheng Wanda but a bit far from the ancient city, about a 30-minute taxi ride. However, given this level of service, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar.

I stayed at Hampton yesterday and absolutely have to leave a great review! The room was exceptionally clean, the floors and bedding were spotless – a germaphobe's dream come true. The freshly made noodles for breakfast were piping hot and delicious, perfect for starting the day full of energy. I especially want to praise the front desk service. Check-in was quick and friendly, and they were very responsive to any requests. When checking out, they even arranged a car service for us. The driver was helpful with luggage and had a great attitude. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. Clean and comfortable, warm and delicious food, and attentive service – at this price point, you really can't beat it. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Booked this for a friend. Breakfast was good, but everything else was pretty average, nothing special.

The room was clean and tidy, and overall quite good. The welcome fruit was fresh and delicious, perfect for easing travel fatigue. The service was warm and attentive.
