This hotel is newly opened, so everything is very clean and looks exactly like the photos. Location is good just 3mins walk to the beach. Receptionists Tintin, Vuong, and John were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful — they truly made me feel at home during my stay. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality! Especially thanks Vuong — he knew I was cooking, so he kindly brought me a cooking pan and all the utensils I needed. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

The room felt nice when I first checked in. I recommend staying for about 0.5 nights. (This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in) First of all, they don't clean properly. The towels were terrible, and there were hairs all over them. And what was truly shocking was that I found rat feces on the towels. I complained immediately and got a replacement, but I was so upset I immediately got a refund and moved. There was no compensation or proper apology from the hotel. It's just a private business apartment. I'm really going crazy. I've been to Da Nang, Vietnam, over 10 times, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I can't get over the shock and fear.
