I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were great, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay here again.

I and my family were stay at this hotel for 2 night, We are enjoy to stay, good service, nice swimming pool for the kids with sea view, fresh air coz the hotel surrounding by a lot of trees. We will back again on the next holiday.

We got an amazing seaview room on the day of our wedding anniversary. This is the only place where it reminds people to appreciate King Shihanouk's Creativity and his love for his people. Very satisfied with the hotel's story, hospitality. ^^

My family and I stayed there for 5 nights. The hotel location is on the mountain that we all enjoy very much with the forest and Ocean views. We stayed at Pod bungalow it was many bungalows under renovations we stayed at the old pod house. If would be fantastic if we had a chance to stay at the pod house after renovated. It looked quite new and more cleans. Hopefully next time we go again we would have a chance to stay at the new renovated Pod house. We all love breakfast set up place a lot also the hotel has a special happy hours with all drinks from 4PM to 7PM. We like the History lounge and Bar a lot  because this was the once lounge like provide draft beer with Karaoke, snooker and other games for free of charged. We will go there again for our next visit I. Sihanouk Ville.

Depends on where you sleep the hotel rooms are good, villas aswell but the small cabins are too far

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, but my experience during check-in this time was disappointing due to inconsistent policies. The receptionist insisted on seeing physical, original IDs for every single guest in the room and refused to accept soft copies. However, when a separate group of my friends checked in with a different receptionist, they were only asked for one original ID. Management needs to clearly communicate and standardize ID policies so all staff are knowledgeable and fair. Aside from this frustrating check-in experience, the hotel itself, rooms, atmosphere, and breakfast were all excellent.
