The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Jing'an Temple Metro Exit 8. It's also very close to Kerry Centre, making shopping incredibly convenient. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, and Moller Villa is just around the corner.

Very close to the Shanghai Exhibition Center, perfect for those attending exhibitions nearby. The hotel has created themed areas, turning spaces into reading zones. The gym and laundry room are easily accessible with a key card. Breakfast is ample and offers a wide variety of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Atour Hotel on Nanjing West Road, near Jing'an Temple, with my mom during our trip to Shanghai. The room was meticulously clean, with every detail taken care of. Despite being in a bustling commercial area, the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and patient throughout our stay, responding promptly to all our requests. The location is superb, within walking distance of popular spots like Julu Road, Changle Road, and Fumin Road. Next door is the Moller Villa, making it super convenient to explore the old streets and take photos with my mom. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

After comparing many hotels, I finally settled on this one. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Jing'an Temple, and it's quite quiet. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating, and the rooms are very clean.

Located about an 11-minute walk from Exit 8 of Metro Line 2. It's within a 20-minute walk to Jing'an Temple, Jing'an Kerry Centre, Zhangyuan, Fumin Road, and Julu Road, making it great for a city walk. The front desk service was excellent; they gave practical small gifts to the children upon both arrival and departure.

The room's decor and amenities were innovative and fresh, and the hallway had a pleasant woody scent. There's a gym, and the breakfast was nutritious and comprehensive. They offer free coffee all day, and the chicken wonton soup was quite tasty.

The hotel facilities are perfectly suited for families traveling with children. There's a 24-hour self-service laundry room with a dryer, which was a huge lifesaver for washing the kids' clothes during our trip. Every night at 9:30 PM, they also offer complimentary warm late-night congee. After a long day of sightseeing, a bowl of that was so comforting and heartwarming, making us feel right at home. The hotel's service was thoughtful and attentive, the living environment clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were complete and well-maintained. It fully met all our family travel needs and offered fantastic value for money. This is definitely our top choice for traveling with kids!

My flight back from Shanghai was quite late, so checking out early wasn't convenient. After I explained the situation, the front desk staff very graciously extended my check-out time by two hours, free of charge. It's peak summer travel season, so the hotel is clearly busy, yet they still managed to provide such a thoughtful and flexible service – that's truly rare. I've stayed in many hotels, but only Atour has offered such a warm and generous extended check-out service. The hotel itself is very comfortable, with meticulous and attentive service, and all facilities are complete. Its location is also excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. I sincerely appreciate this heartwarming gesture from the hotel; my experience was absolutely fantastic. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will definitely be my first choice again!
