Hua Chang Heritage Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to MBK, Siam Paragon, and the famous skywalk, all within a three-minute walk from the exit. It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, which is really nice. **Facilities:** It's an older hotel, so the facilities aren't brand new. It has a Thai style, but not overtly classical, which is still pretty good. **Cleanliness:** It's alright. **Environment:** It's a beautiful, quiet spot in a lively area. The room was especially large. Good value for money. **Service:** I initially thought the front desk service was just average, nothing particularly noteworthy. However, staff members in the restaurant and hallways were always polite and greeted us. Everyone was very courteous, so I'd say the service attitude is quite good. But I especially want to mention the uncle and young man on duty in the lobby. Every time we entered or left, they would open the door for us, high-five the kids, and give them candy. The kids absolutely loved them and were so happy. They really wanted to play with them, so when I went shopping, I left the kids in the lobby, and they helped look after them for a long time. I'm incredibly grateful. When we left, they stood at the entrance waving goodbye until our car was out of sight. The kids were even crying in the car, saying they didn't want to leave, which shows how wonderfully they cared for them. They truly deserve special commendation! 👍 Although the hotel's breakfast is simple and doesn't offer many choices, and we had to pay extra for the kids' breakfast, the taste was really nice! The room and the hotel also didn't provide any bags for us to put our belongings in. However, based solely on the attitude of those two staff members in the lobby, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
