The itinerary was well-planned, with three dive sites in total. We were lucky enough to see sea turtles! Before departure, customer service representative Xiaoyong was very prompt in answering questions and providing helpful tips. The entire trip was very enjoyable. The tour guide provided detailed and comprehensive explanations, and his humorous and engaging style ensured there was never any boredom. I was quite nervous at first, as it was my first time snorkeling, but thankfully the instructor was very patient, constantly reassuring us to relax.
